He was just brought up because Brazil was mentioned. @Pico De Guillotines said he was. He publicly posts he is Finnish. I haven't really decided which I believe. The Brazilian thing could be a misdirection because he kind of liked him, but so could the Finnish thing if it's being talked about publicly. It could also be neither.
Brazil is indeed full of lolcows. I've had personal experience with random lulzy Brazilians before. All you have to do is mock their country because they are generally hot headed about it. They have a lot of pride in their country.
