The fact that this lawsuit is taking place in New York state is fucking ironic.

I still remember the Maddox lolsuit where Maddox filed his lolsuit in New York state and he tried to sue people that called him a cuck that went nowhere.

So we've come full fucking circle where a new lolsuit has been filed in New York state and this time Kiwi Farms is involved instead of them being the observers. If it didn't worked out for Maddox then what makes Jersh think he will do any better? Jersh is a retard.

Maddox may have had a decent case against Dick given what happened behind the scenes, but his lawyer was an alcoholic loser who barfed out stupid filing after stupid filing and Maddox himself was an egotistical loser so could not even sell his case as it happened except for years after the fact.

Josh is coming to the table with a much better lawyer with a much better case since he should be able to skate on the pictures in those contexts being fair use. Even not counting Josh scamming his users or using the lawsuit to grift himself a 150K/yr income, filing this lawsuit was a very good move on his part since LFJ being able to censor himself off the internet by copyright trolling is simply bullshit on every level.

They said the same thing about Ty Beard where at the time Nick Rekieta hyped him up with the Kiwis and I think even Jersh bought the hype only to be disappointed when he dropped the ball in the Vic Mignogna case.

Ty Beard was a competent lawyer if you had a business merger to perform. He actually laid out a reasonable case that was tossed because he made an utterly amateurish mistake.

By the looks of it, Matthew Hardin is decent enough at his job to have been a chief prosecutor in Greene County Virginia (the county with Ruckersville lol). Whether he is any good at copyright law, I have no idea. He is supposedly one of the nation's top FOIA lawyers, but then again, he did fail at getting the Rekieta bodycam footage (although that might just have been an inherently unwinnable battle that Hardin laughed all the way to the bank over, lawyers do not care as long as they get paid).

Either way, I think a lot of people here either do not understand or misrepresent the lawsuit out of their dislike of Josh. Hey, I hate the guy too because he is a whiny hypocrite who projects his deranged personality onto everyone else. But Josh is morally in the right and there is a very good argument he is legally in the right as well, and that filing this lawsuit was 100% the correct choice. Remember that LFJ has no other strategy available to him besides copyright trolling, otherwise he would have sued Josh ages ago and likely lost since it is almost impossible to win a defamation case in the US (especially if the plaintiff himself admits the defamatory event happened).

Beside Josh being a mentally ill shithead or Matt Hardin supposedly living out of his car, what is the actual objection to this lawsuit?
