It's not a result of "dysgenics" it's because his mom used drink and drugs enough to deform him. Alcohol use while pregnant causes midface deformities. He sounds clogged up on every MATI cast due to a deviated septum, because his dumb white trash mom was drinking. His herbivore-like eyes are the result of Candy drinking and using meth. They were more pronounced when he was a little tard.
