Not only is this ableist but it's incorrect. A learning disability doesn't lower your general IQ and people diagnosed with them have to have average or above general IQ. They have a problem with a specific area like math (dyscalculia), reading (dyslexia), writing (dysgraphia) etc. It's completely separate from an intellectual disability, previously medically known as mental retardation.

If you want my personal opinion on this question, you can look back @42:36 in the stream where Josh was happy to show off his cookies were real and not AI generated. He eats them in the video. He wants the audience to know he's proud of the cookies, which strongly implies he made them himself. No girlfriend needs to be assumed. Occam's Razor wins again.
