I do think Tom has redeemed himself with regards to some of the allegations, but IMO Tom has not adequately addressed the elephant in the room: making video after video degrading others for leading degenerate lives while pretending to be trad-adjacent himself. Tom did this in order to cater to and cultivate an audience with conservative values, who wanted to see these lifestyles denounced and condemned.
I think Tom has convincingly proven that his main accuser did consent to being filmed during sex, that she herself had requested he make videos of them having sex and that she assisted him with the making of these videos. I think Tom has redeemed himself as far as these accusations are concerned.
However, Tom is still not addressing the point about her asking him for copies of these videos and him refusing to share the videos with her. Even if I give Tom the benefit of the doubt and believe him about not wanting to share the sex videos due to an apparently recent leak at the time, I don't think Tom can claim sole ownership of videos that were jointly made without this coming across as suspicious and implicitly controlling. I don't think Tom has adequately redeemed himself on this point. It takes two to tango, and it took two to make these videos.
As for the "aggressive penetration to the point of bleeding" accusation:
