Yeah, Josh isn't just a global moderator. He is the top janny and owner of the site. He has root access and everything. So no one has higher priority than him on his site. So he can look up Lidl's IP address (same as Josh's) or anything else he wants to do. And no one can know because the buck stops at Josh.
