Not only that but he moved back stateside now and has been dumb enough to admit to doing so. He has a bad habit of assuming he knows what he is talking about without talking to Hardin first. His usual clown car eats it up but no court of law is going to and that's why like Greer has gotten away with the legal equivalent of murder. Josh just doesn't know how to shut the fuck up and doesn't know when to have his lawyer talk for him. For myself most of the things I say related to my lawsuit are painfully vague or coached through a lawyer and there is an obvious reason for that. Not Josh though and it's gotten him to the point where he has set a precedent. For losing. Yet his orbiters think that's a brag. It's not a brag Josh, your case is note worthy because of how malicious and willful the infringement was. That means if it is being held up as precedent people are trying to ensure it isn't ever overturned.

The real question is: how much are his assets going to be worth at auction?
