Zuckerberg will never get the top spot and has been living on borrowed time for over a decade now, the fact he was able to convince investors that the metaverse was legit should be studied. I could easily see the google guys getting rich as shit off the AI stuff, their video chat feature that mirrors real life screams "the biggest tech of the 2030s" as well to me. like imagine watching streamers and its like looking at someone sitting right across from you. it feels like the easiest sell to every company.
Jensen is probably the biggest dark horse for "new richest person" but he's literally the guy "selling shovels" in the AI goldrush. literally the only thing keeping him from being richest or making more money is the laws of physics and logistics.
