Kiwi Null - Kiwi Farms Joshua Moon Megathread

So once again Jersh and the Kiwis got legally blue balled.

I haven't seen a blue balling like this since the time Chris-Chan had his criminal charges dropped in regards to him (allegedly) having sex with his own mother due to a loophole in the Virginia legal system and Chris-Chan once again got away with it.

Jersh forgets that Nick Rekeita practiced law for much of his life so he was bound to find some way to keep that arrest footage private by pulling a Saul Goodman.

Nick Rekeita is a bad person but the dude has always been competent enough to do some Slipping Jimmy tricks to save his own ass because he clearly knows the law better than Jersh.

So what do we get out of this? Nick Rekieta still gets to walk away as he won't see the inside of a prison cell and Jersh cannot legally obtain the arrest footage anytime soon. Life is funny like that sometimes, isn't?

I think it's part of his grift; "I'm fighting for our rights and the Constitution (donate to my fund, but no refunds)!". He's not a party in the case and he doesn't understand criminal law (most people don't). He knew he was never getting that film but went though with it just for show.

The Nick Rekeita arrest footage will now be treated as lost media due to the heavy legal bureaucracy that gets in the way as Rackets has made sure we won't be seeing the arrest footage anytime soon.

We'll probably end up seeing never-before-seen 9/11 footage, several never-before-seen Alfred Hitchcock films, and the Columbine Basement Tapes surface on the Internet long before the Nick Rekeita arrest footage becomes public.

Imagine handing Nick Rekieta a free W like that. Maybe should've just accepted 6 months ago the bodycam footage wasn't coming out and every effort to spring it from the vault just made you look the loser. Ooh, I wonder how much from the legal fund this cost? Hope it wasn't too much for poor debanked Jershua!

I just realized in Josh's nonprofit organization USIPS Josh is opposing big data companies bundling US user info together and selling them to dox sites but his Kiwi Farms hosts doxes as well. It reeks of hypocrisy. Not only this, but KF documents a lolcow's every embarrassing moment online, which is arguably worse that just linking a person's data. So KF are SEO-poisoning a person's online reputation. Whether that is right or wrong or if some people deserve it, is a separate issue that people can debate. It seems that Josh Moon just wants a monopoly on people's doxes. But he supports removing big data companies from getting dox data through his USIPS so he can grift as some free speech martyr at the same time.

Josh keeps floating the idea that someone from the county is going to anonymously leak the bodycam footage. He's hoping that by saying this several times on stream, that someone out there will follow through on it, even though it's illegal. Josh is also about to sue Kandiyohi County to get the body cam footage. He's hoping to receive a multimillion dollar settlement from the county violating his constitutional right to view police body cam footage of Rekieta's dirty house and children. Josh Moon looked at the Liz Fong Jones or Russel Greer playbook, and thought, "Hmm, I can do this too. I'm become a vexatious litigant and just sue people nonstop for harassment." He's becoming the people he hates.

Ngl though, if Josh became a multimillionaire from randomly suing a bunch of people he thinks aggrieved him, I would seethe. Aka, the US law code. Bullshit lawsuits happen all the time. Like when police shoot some thug and the black gangbanger family gets rich from the settlement. Broke people can't pay up but city governments and big companies absolutely can. That is what makes me nervous about this. But it's like I've said before, scamming wins. There are 0 consequences to being a scumbag scammer.
