I'm still waiting for Hasan Piker to take up Sam Hyde's offer to fight in the ring.

Literately it's the only thing that can save Hasan's reputation at this point is by at least training to fight and beat the Candy Man in the ring so Hasan can redeem himself as everyone hates Hasan now after what happened in the news recently.

I'm unsure if you can even make that demand, but even if you could I am doubtful that it could be hidden from Destiny and his own lawyer throughout the entirety of the suit.

Yup, this is correct

The only reason that he has gotten away so far is that the plaintiffs were just that fucking dumb and/or didn't hire competent attorneys. The government has to go reasonable lenghts of delivering serving notice so that it allows a person to be aware of it, but it doesn't require that the person acknowledge it. Believe it or not, two years ago I had to sue a small busines for failing to meet the terms of our contracts to fix something at my house. They kept ignoring a serving notice, and their lawyer tried to pull the "our client didnt receive a proper subpoena" until my lawyer presented several pictures of notices being slapped on the business premise entrance doors and the business owners' residence door. Needless to say, I won.

I do think a part of Jersh does genuinely have some sympathy for the lolicons because the lolicons and the anime community in general have dealt with being debanked before so Jersh can at least sympathize with them as he experiences this too.

But let's be real here, Jersh is willing to partner with the anime gooners if it benefits him. If Jersh is willing to do away with his newfag dissident right zoomers and replace them with newfag lolicon gooners on Kiwi Farms then Jersh would do it because to Jersh the ends justify the means.

Although I don't really blame Jersh that much for wanting to stick it to the likes of Visa and Mastercard and PayPal because let's face it, America's credit card companies are a bunch of scumbags and more people have grown to hate America's credit card companies for the same reason the vast majority of Americans hate United Healthcare and Spirit Airlines.

Nice, the courts don't appreciate when they try and avoid being served too. So I'm glad that worked in your favor in the end.
