DO NOT point out that Null lost his virginity to a Thai prostitute.

Who coined the term "phonebooking"? I bet their gay.
The funny part is phone books also are posting private information, that can be opt out of. If he is going to use the term he better let the lolcows pay to have their articles removed.

He wishes. He lost it to a reheated cheese pizza while looking at catboy shota.

Reason: Null is the big FAT gay tranny.
Shota explicitly means prepubescent boys. Why does it suddenly become "teenagers" in Null's cope?
And pedophiles discover their attraction to children at puberty. If you're 15 and seek out cartoon child porn to masturbate to, you're a pedo. Simple as.

Toji is back! Despite null's red strikethrough (which used to mean that the user was a pedo) Toji is allowed back on the site.
If Toji has any sense of self-respect; if I was Toji then the smart thing to do is turn around, walk away, and don't look back. Toji should keep what is left of his dignity and simply burn the bridge with Jersh, this would be the smart thing to do.

In my personal experience, when you are dealing with toxic people in your life then just cut them out and never speak to them ever again (your sanity will thank you for it). Wherever I deal with some really toxic people in my life, I just burn the bridge with them because I have no intention of sticking around for the boom.

Jersh is a ticking time bomb waiting to explode and the smart thing to do at this point is just leave. Anyone who still chooses to stick around being with Jersh will feel the shrapnel when the inevitable explosion happens.

Murphy's Law states that whatever can go wrong will go horribly wrong and anyone that choose to still stick by Jersh will feel the burn when the inevitable happens.

People have mentioned it before on here, but that Synthetic Man thread is a good example of how Kiwi Farms is nothing but Null nut-huggers and teenagers who joined in the past two months. So many pink join dates.
Before Synthetic man started picking a fight with Jewsh, the thread actually had productive and engaging discussion, (at least by modern KF standards) but now it's just a bunch of Jewsh dickriders bitching about lolicon and repeating Jewsh's arguments like broken records. If Jewsh mass banned his sycophants the quality of the site would increase tenfold, but then it'd be a Ghost Town.

Close, as I recall it was something that came out of one of KF’s LGBT detractors.

Edit:

Found the thread where KF argued and debated the word to use for doxxing.

I think phonebooking won because someone else who has it out for kiwifarms used/uses it and their audience endorses/approves of it.

Oh yeah. “Someone else who has it out for kiwifarms.” Liz Fong-Jones fits that description too.

My memory has null , I think, saying to use phonebooking so that if it’s wrong when KF does it then it’s wrong when LFJ does it, too.

But here’s a take from “retired staff”

>We will still be the uber mega doXXXXXXXXXXing site no matter what we call it.

IMG_5363.jpeg

>doesn't matter, no matter what retard euphemism we come up for it, it will just be considered a pathetic, desperate attempt to avoid the previous word. And that's what it will be. Because language does not actually allow you just to make up replacement words.

>Everyone knows your new fake word just means exactly the same thing as the last word.

>Be creative, bitches. The dumbass nigger who runs the site has forbidden the real word. Just XXX the fuck out of some fuckin niggas, just don't call it that.

(Your honor my client is innocent, you see there’s no specific law on the books against “un-aliving.”)

I got bored with the spitballing and semantics on p.46 and stopped reading there.

He once let Coach Dead Pill censor his own thread and another time removed the thread on Donnie Long in exchange for Donnie turning over "evidence" on Sam "Vordrak" Smith (and then undeleted the thread when Donnie went to prison). If the right offer is made, Josh won't refuse like you better believe if a troon offered him money to censor or delete a thread in exchange for some damning evidence or other way to silence Liz Fong Jones then Josh would gladly accept.

Let the thread bidding commence. It's like eBay but black mail. Also do it for banning and unbanning.

It should also be worth further noting that the reason why Jersh and the Kiwis have adopted the term "Phonebooking" is because of the potential legal liabilities that now apply to Kiwi Farms (and other communities that are just like them) as now and days some American states have made doxing a crime (it's either classified as a misdemeanor or a felony depending on the jurisdiction).

While there are currently no federal laws against doxing, a sizable number of states have since classified doxing as a form on online crime as more people demand more legislation that addresses cybersecurity and online privacy in recent years.

The following states that have made doxing as a crime in their own jurisdictions are California, Nevada, Utah, Kentucky, Missouri, Alabama, Virginia, Florida, Arizona, Oregon, Illinois, and Connecticut with Georgia now seeking their own legislation against doxing as well.

To make matters worse for Kiwi Farms (and other communities like them), there are at least three states in America that not only made doxing a crime but also allows their residents to sue a doxer (be it an individual or an online platform) in civil court over damages done by doxing.

These states are California, Nevada, and Illinois where they grant their residents a right of action (the power to sue someone in civil court) over damages done from said doxing (so you can see that Jersh has a reason to be scared of a potential lawsuit should any of these three states go after Kiwi Farms).

Do states screw over online content creators without getting the federal government involved? The answer is a big 'Yes' and we've seen this twice with two high profile individuals; Ethan Ralph and Alex Jones.

In the case of Ethan Ralph, he was charged and convicted for posting revenge porn of his ex-girlfriend in his home state of Virginia (by that time, Virginia already criminalized revenge porn) and while there are no federal laws against revenge porn at the time, the Gunt still got screwed over this stunt and he has never been the same since (it got to the point where he had to flee to Mexico for a while in an attempt to escape his legal troubles).

Then we have the case of Alex Jones. While there are no federal defamation laws, the states over the decades have legislated such defamation laws. Connecticut doesn't have any defamation laws but Texas does and Alex Jones lives in Texas where the Sandy Hook families filed a defamation lawsuit against Alex Jones in his own home state and they won their case and now Alex Jones has to pay the families those billions of dollars over what he said about the Sandy Hook Shooting over a decade ago.

So should someone living in California, Nevada, or Illinois sue Jersh; unlike the many lolsuits that have targeted Kiwi farms over the years, a doxing lawsuit from any of those three states would most likely stick and spell the end for Kiwi Farms because those states have not only recognized doxing as a crime but they also allows their residents to take legal action against their doxers in civil court.

This is why they now use the term "Phonebooking" as an attempt to starve off any legal liabilities that now apply to Kiwi Farms these days. This isn't the 2010's anymore back when governments were still behind legalization for the Internet and these days governments are starting to catch up with the times.

Jersh has a valid reason to be scared and he adopted the term 'Phonebooking" for this reason because he's afraid he may end up like Ethan Ralph or Alex Jones someday.

And it is retarded and won't work for the reason Kiwi Farms addict AnOminous states in that screencap. Not a single judge will buy the argument that phonebooking =/= doxing. Especially not when there is a giant thread where Josh seethes at his users for daring to question his gay euphemism. Any lawsuit against KF over doxing will be tossed out on its merits, not because a judge decided that phonebooking is totally different from doxing and thus okay.

It is exceptionally obvious even to a non-lawyer that renaming a crime does not make it legal. If this advice came from Matthew Hardin, than I encourage Josh to find a different lawyer ASAP. Mend that bridge with Rekieta, he knows some good drug hookups and can score some sweet deals on the meth Josh is using to lose weight.
