On past posts, I mentioned the KF warchest was $160,000, even though everyone else including Moon kept saying $150,000. I found the archives where it was recorded at the end of the fundraiser and it was $159,588. Note that this number does not include cryptocurrency sent to Josh, so the real number was likely even higher. Also, Josh personally got the crypto and his site specified that the crypto was his alone and he could spend it on whatever he wanted. Lmao. So scams within scams.

Josh has came up with a genius (terrible) idea for these 40 dollars a month paypigs.
My only hope for this latest Josh scam is that it sounds like more trouble than it's worth for the paypigs. For one, it's not convenient to use physical checks to bypass payment processors. For two, if you're not a USA user, you might not be able to do it. For three, the perks of being a superuser paypig are lame but undoubtedly some of these retards with too much money will want them. For four, I imagine since they are processing checks, that Josh will have the paypigs' names and addresses since he has their bank routing numbers. That should be a healthy fear as Josh is mercurial and turns on users on a dime all the time. Not to mention KF has been hacked several times. So paypigs should prepare to get doxed. Add all this together, his latest scheme should have a low retention rate. Yeah, he's gonna get some whale dumb-dumbs like Tetrabax who slips him $500 per stream, merely for showing up, even when the stream sucks. A sucker like that would jump at the opportunity to send Jewsh $40/month for some status perks. But normal users would be deterred by all the above.

Tbh nearly every thread on the Farms is a personal army request. A group of people don't like someone so you write the thread and try to enlist others to join in on it. The trick is to try to make it funny to disguise your real intent. But if KF'ers don't like you attacking this person, the will call it unfunny. Like if you were a Rekieta alog during KickVic when he was grifting weeb-losers and 90% of KF'ers worshipped Rekieta's every breath nightly, they'd call it not funny. Now, when Josh is deeply invested in a personal feud with Rekieta, alogging Rekieta is funny.
Doubt Matt Hardin controls much about the site. If he were a competent lawyer then he'd tell Null that rebranding doxing to "phonebooking" will give zilch protection from liability. Either Hardin sucks at his job too or Null isn't paying attention to him.
Sure on Kiwi Farms. Well, if you look at the Kiwi Farms fundraiser litigation site they set up for raising money for lawfare, Hardin's mark is all over it. He clearly wrote it or signed off on it. It reads like a lawyer covering all his bases and closing all loopholes so someone can't trip him up. I think one could make an argument that Josh embezzled money with this fundraiser. He pitched it on his MATI podcast as suing Epik for defamation. But then blew it all on defending Viny Zhen against Liz Fong Jones. When you raise money for X and spend it on Y, that is embezzlement. Then you add in the cryptocurrency, which only Josh had access to, and it looks worse. This was also pitched as being for the purpose of defending Kiwi Farms but went straight into Josh's pocket. No, I don't particularly care that Josh hired a lawyer to cover his bases and say "no refunds" and "crypto is for Josh to spend at his discretion." It's still a fucking scam.

As in, the names of things do not affect what they really are. Running a financial scam, and having a lawyer cover your ass using words, so you can't be sued, is still a scam. Just like "phonebooking" is still "doxing" and doesn't change just 'cause you rebranded it to something else.
