From the recent Mr. Metokur stream. Metokur criticizes Keffals for scamming 100K from his audience and using it on drugs and traveling. So why does Josh Moon get a pass for raising 160K and then wasting upwards of 100K to Vincent Zhen on a dead-end lawsuit from LFJ? Some portion of the KF warchest fundraiser likely went directly into LFJ's bank account when Viny lost and settled with LFJ privately. When Josh started this fundraiser, he never mentioned sending even a dollar to his buddy Viny Zhen in Australia. The initial purpose of the fundraiser was pitched to sue Epik for defamation against the Kiwi Farms. Not to be sent to some dude that Josh happens to be friends and business partners with. The whole thing was a bait and switch.

Months later, Josh is on his podcast talking about traveling in Ireland and how beautiful the country is. It's almost like he saw Keffals scam his audience for 100K and travel to Ireland and was jealous so he used it as a blueprint to do the same thing. Also, we have still not seen any evidence that Moon sent the money to Viny Zhen. There is no paper trail or bank statements. We are just relying on Moon's word. And he has been known to twist and distort the truth.

The parasocial relationships with any type of streamer is really no different, no matter the streamer type, sex, or attractiveness either. They all breed a fanbase that's just insane, clings onto their every word and will go on jihads against any perceived or mentioned enemy of the streamer in question. Breadtubers', vtubers' and even nominally right wing or centrist streamers' fanbases have the same level of literal children, manchildren and GOTIS fans chimping out in their particular savior's favor. It's a meaningless distinction between the fandoms but KF tries to make it seem more sad to watch unemployed loser anime GOTIS #268426 stream about playing video games than 85 IQ former retail worker but now right wing toughguy play videogames. It's all sad to spend hours a day watching this content and defending their honor on the internet but somehow, they assume there is a difference.

Why would it have to be a large corporate entity? Each work he infringes on is a minimum of $200 plus court costs babydoll. I own about 28 videos currently that are registered with the US Copyright Office and he seems determined to make an enemy of me for some reason. Which was what exactly? Neither you nor I know the terms of that settlement. It could be Josh said, "Just say KF doesn't host revenge porn on your Twitter." And it still doesn't change the fact that the fundraiser was never pitched as giving his negligent friend Viny money to defend against LFJ. When someone raises money for X and then spends it on Y, that is fraud.

Nope. Epik changed from basically being an anything goes hosting service to a more selective hosting service on what it will permit. The controversy centered around that arab guy in Tanzania (Brother Alameen). He had posted some nude pic of himself and Epik claimed it was underage pornography on a tweet but it turned out he was 19. Null threatened to sue for defamation but reached an agreement with Epik retracting that claim. Epik was bought out by another company who made major changes on who they will accept as clients. Kiwifarms is gone from Epik for good.

I never noticed how many people get banned for backtalking Null's sweet-heart from the ground-up until I started reading this forum and saw how to check for banned users on KF. It's crazy how you can do a search of their names and 3/4 of the time nothing shows up.
