If Jersh has indeed lost weight then congratulations for him. I'll rip on Jersh for a lot of dumb shit he does but this won't be one of them. I'm serious, I do genuinely congratulate Jersh assuming he's telling the truth about him taking his health more seriously now (he's in his 30s so how he eats and how active he is will affect his health when he becomes and old man; you're better off taking care of yourself now when you're still young because it becomes a bit too late as you get older).

Null's weight loss is almost certainly all water weight.
To lose 20 pounds of fat in a month, Null would need to burn 2500 calories more than he ate. This is impossible unless:
>Null ran 25 miles a day
>Null ate 2500 less calories per day (or about 2.5 lbs of cheese)
Both of those scenarios are nearly impossible, so most of the weight loss has to be due to water weight. With water weight, you can easily lose 5 pounds or more per week, compared to a typical 1-2 pounds per week with regular weight loss. Water weight is also lost much faster when you abstain from carbs, like what Null is allegedly doing. Null's weight loss is going to even out pretty soon, most likely down to the 1 lb/week range or even lower.
On a side note, the fact that Null lost 20 lbs of water weight and still feels fat tells us that he's likely much fatter than the 270 lbs that he was last recorded at. Null must have been at least 300 pounds when he started losing weight, which, at 5'7", would give him the body type of PPP or Boogie.
