Reality Check: West Tennessee Wetlands (787,000 acres). 640 acres = 1 square mile. So the total area of wetlands is 1230 square miles (rounded off to the nearest square mile). West Tennessee is 10,650 square miles. Most of that is probably along the Mississippi River.

As much as you want to believe that he's going to be some hayseed living in a shack on the banks of the Mississippi River, it's probably not going to happen. Tennessee is divided into 3 regions: West, Central and East. He will pick out the whitest part of the state to live which is the Central or Eastern Regions: White Population in Tennessee

Maybe he's doing that thing where he pretends his podcast and his website are two different things and "none of the money from MATI goes to the website."

This is straight up Jewish behavior. He thinks because the legal fund doesn't go directly into his pocket (besides crypto donations that he admits goes right into his pocket) he isn't benefitting from it and dismisses it as "not making money from the sight." He should look up what fungibility is. While it's true the legal fund money, besides crypto, doesn't go into his pocket it is UNDENIABLY true that he in directly financially benefitting from the legal fund in that he doesn't have to use "his own" money (which came entirely form the donations of others) as he's been doing for many years now dealing with people like Russell Greer.
