He doesn't just have a userbase that's self-selected to be anonymous trolls, good at evading bans, and having umpteen parachutes and socks, the registration process itself has a Papers, Please meme with plain text below it explaining how to be hard to find and able to circumvent his rage bans, including a link to his own Cybersecurity 101 thread.
Lurking long enough to start participating, and then to start fucking with him directly, would also give any interested party the tools and motivation to learn and put it into practice.
He's also whining non stop about how he can't get a fair trial so it's not like he had a chance in hell of going after someone going above and beyond to fuck with him directly. At most he could temporarily shut down new registrations and make them wait until he opens it again, going through their pre-made socks in the meantime.
Null is doing everything he can to attract the kind of attention he clearly hates, when it's also easy to find other people who enjoy poking him and sharing a laugh at his expense, despite being someone who should be fully aware of what he's actually doing to himself.
