Don't ever make the mistake of feeling sorry for Jewsh when he's banned or deplatformed. He bans thousands of users per year, often for no reason, or a pitiful reason, on his whim. And he gets off on the total control and power fantasy of being the top dog on the Farms that can control all users. He admits his KF Terms Of Service (TOS) is arbitrary garbage that he can change at will, to justify doing whatever he wants. He still cries about his banned personal Twitter account, even though he still has his KiwiFarmdotnet account, where he larps as an unbiased news reporter (of course he's quite biased on it, seething about specific enemies of his). This big baby is crying because he thinks he's entitled to multiple Twitter accounts. Why so desperate to post on Twitter on his personal account when you have a complete website all to himself? Maybe it's because he knows he has curated a couple thousand sycophants who self-censor on anything related to him, because they're scared of getting banned and losing tens of thousands of posting history on his website. In all these threads, people criticize lolcows but often Jewsh is guilty of lots of things people attack the cows for. So people self-censor 'cause they know Jewsh is watching and will just ban them. Make no mistake, Jewsh is a hypocrite; he doesn't care about free speech. He's just unhappy that he's on the receiving end of the ban hammer. If he ever achieved power, he would ruthlessly censor and deplatform all his enemies. This is not speculation or theoretical; we already have the Farms as a real-world lab experiment proving this. So don't ever feel sympathy for Jewsh.

I don't understand why he doesn't download a fediverse channel or an open source like we are doing instead of crying on Twitter.

Josh should not bother creating a non-profit (to beg for even more donations) because he can't even be arsed to keep his litigation fund website online. https://lolcowfund.hardin.law/ has been down since July 2024. If anyone actually wants updates on how the litigation money is being spent you need to scourge through thousands of posts Josh's incessant whining on the forum. When his users ask for updates Josh just screams that he's been posting updates the whole time and refuses to put the LITIGATION FUND UPDATES in the LITIGATION FUND THREAD.

Josh attacked others like Styx for not using the Fediverse back in the day but as soon as Musk bought Twitter and rebranded it as X, Jewsh immediately dropped the Fediverse altogether like a 50 lbs kettlebell. He skulked back to the centralized platform with his tail between his legs, desperate to get under Musk's thumb. Even though he attacks Musk all the time on his podcast.

The only reason why you'd abandon the specific Hardin website to post updates, is if you don't want to give updates anymore. Or if you want to obscure the updates and muddy the waters about where the money is being spent. It's like a cryptocurrency rugpull scam for a shitcoin. As soon as the rugpull starts and the insiders start cashing out their bags, the website, discord, and telegram group page is deleted and the the price of the coin plummets to 0. I guess the point is you're not supposed to have a time horizon longer than a month and just forget about the money you threw into his litigation fund.
 
To be fair fediverse is kinda lame. Like you have an instance where you send off toots or blarts or whatever and then only 2 people read them if you're lucky. I tried using an "active" FFXIV instance a few years ago but "active" just meant there was a tranny posting gross screencaps and wouldn't talk to me because my avatar isn't a tranny.

It's clearcut envy. Josh had to struggle in the deep web for months because he crossed the wrong tranny once. Meanwhile, Musk was able to strongarm a major worldwide social media outlet on a whim and ended up bigger in the web than Josh could ever dream of just overnight. The banning is just the cherry on top.
