Looking at these blurred pictures, I think see one guy who is black in most of them... but there is also one blurred picture of a white guy (the one center-right that has a bright red line over his crotch)... so which of these two guys is the 19 year old pedophile, the white one or the black one? Null on MATI claimed it's the black guy... but then who is the white guy? Is that yet another pedophile? Why is the picture of the white guy posted amongst the pictures of the black guy? No wonder Epik were confused! Then there is the blurred passport picture in the upper right corner. Null claims this is a copy of the pedophile's passport, and that Epik had blurred it to cover up the fact that they knew what age the pedophile was in these shots (again, even if Epik had done this just to lie, LE would've found out)... but again, how does Null have some pedophile's passport copy up on his forum? This is all really weird. Null pretends like this should be instantly legible and understandable to anyone outside of KF but it's really not.
Even if Null is telling the truth - I don't know if he is, as he refuses to link to the thread itself that these pictures were screenshot from, so people can see them in context - and why would you allow random strangers to upload such images on your forum, knowing that you ISP doesn't want this? Epik literally said in their xeet quote: "Regardless, Epik doesn't want to do business with websites like this.". What is "websites like this" in reference to? Websites that feature the porn and obscenity, as mentioned in Epik's ToS. Therefore, Epik plainly stated in their xeet that they don't want to do business with a website that features any kind of porn or obscenity, hence the word "Regardless". Regardless of Null trying to justify this by claiming it's "fair use porn criticism" or whatever the fuck his excuse for having these pictures on his forum. Epik clearly thinks that Null's "fair use porn criticism" is no different from a regular porn site, and hence a violation of their ToS.
Again, I don't know which thread those blurred pictures were taken from, but that doesn't look SFW to me. Null is still in denial about the fact that Epik would've blocked him for having any kind of porn or obscenity on KF, not just CP.

- the new Epik management had no idea about Brian Royce's secret backroom agreement with Null
- the new Epik management considered the CP report they got credible enough to act upon
- the new Epik management got in touch with LE about the CP report BECAUSE they believed them to be credible.
Or does Null insist that Epik deliberately set out to deceive LE as well? This is where Null's argument about Epik lying about the CP report completely breaks down. Epik got in touch with "US Authorities" about the CP report, because they believed it to be real and credible. If LE had determined that Epik were duped with a false CP report... wouldn't they have told Epik about it? Or if LE suspected that Epik were trying to deceive them with a fake CP report, wouldn't they have told them to can it? Null's narrative literally makes no sense.
