Maybe, just MAYBE it could be unsexual if the main character you self insert as was an actual father. But instead you're a childless man with an android it's technically legal to have sex with.

Obviously most people don't find it "sexual" sort of like how kids don't find cartoons sexual. They don't (really). Well they do. But it takes a certain bent to really see it. If you're not into feet you won't see how sexual this premise is. It's as comical as a hentai plot. "They have to be barefoot - to charge their feet on the lunar base!" There's no scientific or technological or even fictional reason for this... It exists to remove their shoes. It's a fantasy story. The androids can have batteries. Master Chief has batteries. He doesn't take his shoes off.
