I’m a girl, and this is just a theory so don’t quote me on it, in my experience I think the reason why is because it’s rarely ironic amongst women.
I’ve hung out with men who will make misogynistic jokes and shit, but will have genuine respect for me and will have my back when it’s time to get serious. I knew a guy who enjoyed that humor and he was very kind and clearly saw me as an equal
Hanging out around girls for most of my life, cause yknow, I am a girl; it’s rarely if ever ironic. Usually girls who make those jokes just actually fucking hate men. I’ve seen them even sometimes deride male rape victims. Sometimes it’s joking but in my experience that’s more so the exception rather than the rule.
I think what happens is when a man genuinely hates women, he just avoids them and self-isolates and spends all his time on niche forums where he can voice his hatred of women. When a women hates men, she’ll still go outside and have a life because hating men is more accepted in our society as “the victim fighting back”. She may even still have sexual relations with men.
I will say, I’m not against trolling incels, I just don’t see the man hate thread as “trolling”. More so genuine retardation masked as trolling. I also think “I hate scrotes!!!” Is a pretty retarded way to troll them because it’s literally confirming their worldview, they’ll leave vindicated and convinced that they were right, all women are asexual and hate men. If someday the legal system were to bring down Kiwi Farms, it's not going to be by the hands of some retarded sped or troon. If and when the day comes that a lawsuit shows up with a very strong case against Kiwi Farms, it's going to be by the hands of someone that is smart and competent while they also don't think on emotions to bring down Kiwi Farms.
Best example I can think of is Alex Jones and his past statements about the Sandy Hook shooting. Around a decade ago, Alex Jones used his platform to say that the Sandy Hook shooting was a false flag and the families of the victims are paid actors; around a decade later Alex Jones lost everything in a defamation lawsuit against him and now he owes billions to the Sandy Hook families over his past statements.
It's not going to be some autist or some troon that will bring down Kiwi Farms, it's going to be someone that will learn from the mistakes of the people in the past that tried to sue Kiwi Farms before and they will find a weakness in the Kiwi armor that they will exploit with extreme prejudice. Sooner or later, Jersh will someday meet his match and there will be no escape for him; someday some punk that sues Kiwi Farms will get lucky and bring down KF permanently.

The case is on-going, but parts of the case has set precedent. The court ordered Greer to pay a sum to Josh which he is avoiding.

Fong Jones never sued Josh personally. He sued Vincent Zhen, whose Australian business Josh used to keep the site running smoothly. Neither Josh nor Zhen bothered to respond to the lawsuit so Fong Jones won by default in Australian court and the appeal was dismissed (I cannot recall if it was on the merits of free speech or because of procedural issues). Josh spent tens of thousands of dollars of funds he promised would be used to sue Kiwi Farms's enemies to pay the legal fees for his number one enemy.
Josh is bad at lawsuits. He once almost lost to the crazy hicks who think they are Jews because he did not file a response so lost by default and had to pay five figures to get that judgement overturned. The self-inflicted loss to Greer is another fine example. Josh might easily lose an important lawsuit over something retarded. All we can hope for is that such a case does not set a bad precedent against actual free speech on the internet.
