Yeah, the double taxation I was referencing was Lolcow LLC. While it's based in WV it would be taxed in the U.S while Josh would still be required to pay taxes on corporate earnings(lol) in Serbia as well as income. The thing is, he probably doesn't pay taxes for the LLC and just puts all the earnings in his own pocket which is why he is kvetching about losing the expat deduction because now he has to actually pay taxes on his donations(why not just write them off as donations, dipshit?)

This is all ALLEGED by the way. Just as you pointed out, his financial shit doesn't add up and kvetching makes no real sense and reeks of some sketchy shit. If his scorned e-daddy law tuber Nick ever grew some balls maybe he would report him to the authorities to get some level of payback. But the comment about Turks and Serbs was in relation to their behavior, not their income. They don't want to integrate to their communities in Europe, are prone to violence, and survive on welfare meaning they are the niggers of Europe.

A regular corporation is an artificial entity and is double taxed. The income a corporation receives is first taxed as a corporate entity. Then any income that Josh would receive from the corporation would be taxed again as personal income. The LLC classification allows you to avoid the double-taxation and only pay personal income tax on any revenue.
Since he was a resident of Serbia he would have probably been subject to Serbian income tax. I don't know what Serbian law is over there regarding incorporation but I doubt that lolcow LLC would have any legitimate standing.

Whole Foods is a little on the expensive side. I usually go to Stop & Shop but his remark about Wonder Bread and Cheese is just mind boggling. Why should you care over a wheel of cheese? Go down the supermarket and take a picture of yourself at a cheese carousel to get a ban lifted?
