And then externalizes any negatives to it by saying only Jeets and trannies are negatively affected by it while real white men are using it to get better. Yes, the legs are involved a little but this motion is all done with the upper body. Back, arms, chest, shoulders. If you don't want to spend any money on gym equipment, my advice is to just do pushups, which hit the upper body wonderfully. I would highly recommend a pullup bar but this can be tricky to install a good one if you are moving around a lot and don't have a permanent residence. Most people try to get those shitty ones that hang in the door frame and those seem unstable but I guess some people get by with them. Pullups (and esp weighted pullups) make your back and upper body very strong. There are some good model of pullup bars that fit in the house and don't hang in the door frame for those interested. And some good ones for outdoors too. But since you don't wanna spend any money on equipment, we are back to pure calisthenics (body weight exercises).
Just learn the top pushups: Regular, Wides, Shorties, Diamonds, Archer pushups, Pike pushups, Elevated pushups (legs on a chair or step), Supinated pushups (hands at waist, palms turned upside-down). If you go to failure (you physically reach your limit and can't do any more, collapsing on the ground), your chest will grow and pop with muscle. If you remember anything from your high school or college/university English classes (assuming that anyone here went to college/university) then you probably remember how your English teachers told you to never use Wikipedia as a source because Wikipedia can be edited by anyone and if you're going to use Wikipedia for anything then use the sources that Wikipedia uses and make sure they are accurate sources. Wikipedia is infamous for being a midwit source for pseudointellectuals and the mods for Wikipedia are power hungry troons that want to promote a left-wing narrative.
Even with this said, AI is no different either. I've toyed around with a lot of AI models and I've come to the conclusion that using AI as a source for anything is as valuable as using Wikipedia as a source.
Now AI can be useful if you want to learn more about pop culture or math or scientific concepts because truth be told, AI is good in these categories. But if there is one thing AI and Wikipedia have in common is that AI can get things wrong due to faulty sources and no AI models are trained to fully fact check sources like a human would.
The problem with AI is that it gathers any available sources off the Internet and compiles them into a summary of information regardless if the sources in question are peer reviewed or not.
Even Jersh here admits that the AI got the lore wrong in regards to the origin of Kiwi Farms (Jersh never founded Kiwi Farms, it was founded by different people). Jersh praised AI for not being written by troons but then he unintentionally admitted that AI can be just as unreliable as Wikipedia when he is reminded that Jersh never founded Kiwi Farms in the first place.
AI may not be run by troons but it still gets things wrong.
