the whole point of s3 is to TAKE THE LOAD FOR STATIC ASSETS OFF OF THE SERVER

running minio ON THE SAME SERVER is RETARDED and gives no performance gain from just serving the static asset directly. unless youre running into problems with socket and thread capacity.

introducing S3 is a way to fix that.

introducing S3 on the same server is a retarded extremely suboptimal way to do that.

im not interested in hacking or ddosing anyone or anything but it looks like kiwifarms is vulnerable to a slowloris attack , more so than a ddos attack.

hell let you keep about 76 sockets open per client (no wonder he runs out of sockets) im estimating 1000 clients could do 76000 sockets.

the problem isnt the 65536 max sockets, its that the same server is also apparently doing sql and minio.

hurrr whys my desktop NVME doing this so slow....

id tell him how *id* fix it if he unbans me and leaves me tf alone. or maybe not, ive probably already said too much as socktuah and would be better off with a new sock where i just kiss nulls ass... or at least dont publicly admit to suspecting hes a latent transsexual ...and engage in performative consensus with the rest of them.

I know that, despite how much you all dislike Null, you all probably know more about him than anyone else besides kiwifarms users. Which is why I’m asking for your advice.

Also I am aware he is not interested in dating anyone online, this is for if I happen to meet him irl.

I'm convinced that Josh is such a miserable person that if he's not yelling at someone for something they did or didn't do, then he's not "happy" and can't have a good day. In other words, he's purposefully allowing DMs to continue because it gives him a reason to swing his ePenis around when shit fucks up (which is all the time since the users are retarded).

Either that or it's because the BP feminists use them constantly and would most likely throw a massive shitfit if he got rid of it because then they wouldn't have a safe-space hugbox to talk about whatever it is they talk about.

saying this as a jershfag: I’m genuinely a bit concerned about him. I feel like his posts on KF have gotten way more angry than before, I’m worried he might be going through something which makes me sad because I have no way to help him :( I wish him and I could be together, I feel like it’d solve a lot of problems for so many people. He’s said before that he isn’t lonely but I dunno, I kinda have a hard time believing that.
