Null complains about the bread and butter of his site. Because it's not cheese.Since it hasn't been brought up in this thread yet, some days ago Joshua was going on a tirade in Jason Hall's thread about Europe's GDPR law and how America is full of retards that let their information be taken and spread online.

How about you kill yourself?
Dumbshit retard niggercattle faggots like you are why I can live in Europe for a decade and never get doxed once despite taking zero special measures to protect myself, meanwhile the entire time I'm there every single remailer and fake address I ever used ends up on huge data aggregation phonebook sites despite never advertising any of them. There's a reason that people on the Kiwi Farms can find out the full address history of everyone in the country with just a name and birthday: we have no GDPR, we have no privacy laws, we have no expectation of privacy, and RETARDS like YOU defend your benevolent corpo masters as they sweep your data up into a giant pile and sell your safety and security for pennies on the fucking dollar.
Extra funny: All other countries in the world have federal and voter id cards, and we do not, specifically because retards don't want the federal government to have a database of who lives in the country (that's working out for us real well). Now, we have federal id backdoored into state id via RealID, but that's not available to anyone except the federal government. So in order for private companies like banks to verify your ID, guess what they use? Your 9 digit social security number and a bunch of questions about yourself ... such as address history! That's why US citizens alone suffered a jaw dropping $47 billion dollars in financial harm in 2024 from identity fraud, because we have no privacy and we have no id so literally any jeet with an Internet connection can basically guess your social security number (lifehack: your SSN is assigned by state of birth, year of birth, with only 4 digits of randomness, which is why 'last 4 of your ssn' is basically your life's password and because it is so ubiquitous it ends up on every important website you ever use, which then gets hacked and leaked online) and assume your identity just by knowing your name, date of birth, and state of birth. That's all you need to start opening lines of credit in someone's name, and that information is basically freely available because YOU exist and you have not mercifully ended your own life yet.
P.S. The punchline to all this is that all members of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the US have GDPR-style privacy and it's illegal to sell their information online. GUESS WHY LOL
I'm assuming you're lurking this thread, so I have a genuine question for you that I hope you can answer honestly and in good faith.
Joshua, what do you actually WANT right now?
For almost THIRTEEN years you've been running a website primarily centered around documenting people and their personal information for the self-proclaimed sake of entertainment, and it's only now when you've stepped on as many toes as possible that you realize "Oh, sensitive information being publicized against my will is actually pretty crappy."? Not to mention you yourself have profited off the personal information of others for all those years you received donations to keep Kiwifarms running. So again I must ask, what is it you actually want?
Do you want the U.S to adopt federal level internet privacy laws? Because I have some bad news for you, Kiwifarms will NOT exist anymore if that's the case. Or if it does, it will be in a weakened state that makes its existence completely irrelevant. Everyone who knows what Kiwifarms is knows that the one thing that makes it stand apart is allowing you to post personal information that would get you banned on any other platform, like full names and addresses. Without that, the only thing that differentiates Kiwifarms from other drama and gossip sites is YOU and how users feel about your moderation. In an environment like that, you'd be losing people to splinter sites and subreddits and personal Discord and Telegram groups even quicker than you are now.
In that case, do you want to turn a new leaf and completely remove yourself from Kiwifarms? Because every second you keep it running and host things like revenge porn or any kind of residential address, you make your stance on the importance of privacy laws ring hollow. Do you want Kiwifarms to keep going as it is now and believe you have a god given right to "phonebooking" people? Then you shouldn't be surprised when that behavior makes you revolting and undesirable to the vast majority of the population, even those who would share most of your political beliefs. You shouldn't be surprised when people decide to fight like with like and look for every detail about you and what your history is and where you live. You shouldn't be surprised if you catch the attention of people with vast wealth and political power who will see what information you have publicly on your website, and will use it as an example of privacy invading dangers that must be legislated away. At the end of the day, law is a social contract of what the majority find acceptable, and I can think of very very few people who want their address posted online without their consent.
What are you doing with your life right now? What ideal future society do you have in your head that you think Kiwifarms helps bring into reality? What do you actually WANT?
