The entire reason a lot of defamation cases do not succeed is they can't even prove damages, let alone the other party knowingly lying with intention to do harm, even if what they are saying is untrue. But in null's circumstances of having hosted CP one of his sites it wouldn't even be defamation to assume he is a pedophile based on that because people have been put on a registry for less. If anything drawing attention to it will make everyone realize it's true.
Reason: Never take any advice from null, be it legal, financial, or anything having to do with being a productive member of society.

If you take one look at Josh, you can see that he's a sexual market loser just by physiognomy alone. This often (but not always) leads to simping, deviant sexual fetishes, et cetera.
