He goes into classic null melodramatics at the end but his general point that Metokur has a chronic not a terminal illness and mislead his fans for years that he was terminal is correct. I commented on the Metokur thread years ago trying to explain to them why his condition did not sound terminal but it made people in the thread angy and they assured me he would die any day now.
Technically, null is also right about smoking but hypocritical because morbid obesity also causes inflammation that is in fact often measurable by CRP and white blood cell count. So he's not one to really lecture Metokur here but he's not factually wrong that smoking will certainly make any autoimmune condition worse.
We need to make a NULLS' GREATEST HITS THREAD and add this along with the one where he says he's cool with animal abuse and other crazy, deplorable shit he's said over the years.
