Don’t mention cheese around Null
Funny thing here is that the Null take is close to correct. Terry was a literal schizophrenic who often said utterly raving-mad shit and there were plenty of people fucking with him towards the end of his life, so a lot of what he said shouldn't be taken overly seriously. The problem is that, being a fat hypocrite, Null would never be this understanding of anybody who wasn't some sort of sacred cow to him.View attachment 102262View attachment 102263View attachment 102264
@Chemo called Terry Davis a pedophile, to which Null defended Terry's memory.
I think he's just mad that he makes the least money out of any of the right leaning podcast people, which includes the Quartering. He did some giant post in the Quartering thread (which I'm assuming is what you're referring to) where he reveals he makes less money than the Quartering each month. It's the same with him hating Fuentes for demolishing him views and money wise despite Nick hating women and having his own thread.
once theres a revenue stream involved with disseminating "phonebooks" KF is now an unregistered and unlicensed data broker that makes a substantial portion of its revenue off of selling access to consumer data -- regardless of how it was obtained -- and I for one cant wait to sic the California attorney generals office on him.
California state law doesn't need to have a perpetrator to be a data broker, California state law explicitly states that if you dox people for malicious purposes then you will go to prison and/or pay some hefty fines.DoxPhonebooks is provided freely on Kiwi Farms. The most Josh does is make you sign in to view it for some threads. He is technically not making his money off selling dox but instead his podcast whinging about e-celebs. Even Kiwi Farms itself is not really a doxing website first and foremost but instead just Reddit with racial slurs. People donate because they believe without Josh, they would lose their place to worship Trump and say nigger.
Jersh hides behind Section 230, which makes him immune to state laws.California state law doesn't need to have a perpetrator to be a data broker, California state law explicitly states that if you dox people for malicious purposes then you will go to prison and/or pay some hefty fines.
California isn't alone in this, there are several other red and blue states that have made doxing a crime already (Nevada, Illinois, Arizona, Alabama, Texas, Florida, Utah, Kentucky, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Oregon, Colorado, Missouri, Washington state, Virginia, Oklahoma, New Jersey, and Connecticut all have laws that criminalize doxing). There's even bills currently pending in Congress that addresses doxing and offers legal protection from doxing for both public and private individuals. The American government itself also advises people on how to avoid getting doxed and what they should do if they find themselves getting doxed since the Biden years (which often involves contacting law enforcement to report a doxing). If you think Trump supports doxing, he doesn't. Even Trump condemned doxing in his memo that condemns the Charlie Kirk assassination where he criticizes the Left for doxing ICE agents and right-wingers.
As more states criminalize doxing, there will come a point where eventually Congress will address doxing too (much like how Congress finally criminalized revenge porn on a federal level after every other state made it a crime). We're now reaching a point where the law is catching up to Internet culture and criminalizing the really toxic aspects of Internet culture that is often associated with or is an accessory to a crime.
If Jersh still lives in Florida then he can get in a lot of trouble because doxing is illegal in that state. The same can be said with other websites that heavily engage in doxing where any of the AGs in these states I've listed can file criminal charges against them as well.
Section 230 doesn't grant full liability immunity, especially if the parties involved are committing a serious crime with said website admins participating in the crime.Jersh hides behind Section 230, which makes him immune to state laws.
However, if it becomes a federal crime, he won't be able to hide behind section 230. IANAL, but IIRC, it doesn't shield from federal criminal law.
Won't just be Jersh on the hook either. The Sharty would also be affected.
This has to be one of the more embarrassing things Josh has done on social media as of late. I can't think of anything else this facepalm-worthy.View attachment 102352View attachment 102353
DO NOT publicly ask Null to unban you.

More tough guy posting.
it would be one thing if people actually brought it but literally 99% of people look at null doing this and laugh "isn't that the blocklands pedo?" and they all mock him. like him losing vs captivedreamer and the anime guy was obvious to everyone outside of his fanboys on the farms. This has to be one of the more embarrassing things Josh has done on social media as of late. I can't think of anything else this facepalm-worthy.
I wonder how many feds are currently monitoring the Kiwi Farms.Section 230 doesn't grant full liability immunity, especially if the parties involved are committing a serious crime with said website admins participating in the crime.
Raidforums started out as a website to harass Twitch streamers through trolling and doxing but what started out as a troll forum would evolve into a black hat hacking forum that would put them on the FBI's and Europol's radar. Data breaches, password cracking tools, DDoSing tools, and other shit that can land you in prison for years. Raidforums was seized by the FBI with many of its members arrested and its founder currently awaiting to be extradited from Portugal to face justice.
Breachforums would be created when the Raidfourms community had nowhere else to go but it's the same story. Breachforums was heavily monitored by the feds, their backend and domains got seized several times, and as of 2025 of this year the feds have successfully arrested the entire Breachfourm staff along with several members of Breachforums where the entire backend has been seized, their domains are seized, and the entire Breachforum staff have been arrested with some suspects now awaiting extradition from the UK and France to face justice.
The dumb mistake that both Jersh and the Sharty committed which was publicly participating in the 4chan hack. The Sharty hacked 4chan out of retaliation for closing the /qa/ board years ago and Jersh heavily encouraged his Kiwis to hack into the emails and other online accounts from the 4chan jannies to get more dirt on them (this is illegal as this is considered unauthorized accessed for a protected device under U.S. federal law).
As funny as it was to watch 4chan getting hacked, this is still a serious crime (the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 makes this a federal offense and punishable up to 20 years in prison) and I'm sure 4chan and Hiro have talked to the feds since then.
Whenever crime like this happens, doxing is almost always involved and it wouldn't surprise me if said doxing sites are under FBI surveillance if any retards from those communities dare try it.
I wonder if Jersh took the money and he is like "Lol, enjoy your ban" anyway.Imagine paying Moon to get yourself unbanned or to get your friends unbanned. All you're doing is incentivizing him to ban more people 'cause some idiot like you is going to pay him to reverse it.
This confirms to me three things.View attachment 102444View attachment 102445View attachment 102446
Null claims to now be working with a foodbank (also he can't fish).
