It takes at least some amount of guts to actually pull the trigger no matter where you shoot them, knowing you're going to give up your freedom for it. Most people wouldn't go through with it. Marianne Bachmeier shot her daughter's murderer in the back and I wouldn't say it's cowardly. Should have been the face though so it would have been a closed casket funeral. Both instances. I'm not going to fault a guy for killing someone with more notches under their belt than he did regardless. Since that CEO has way more kills than he did. I think it would have been better if someone with a terminal illness shot him instead because they'd have nothing to lose anyway. It would also be more believable.
