So how exactly are they going to deport Vivek Ramaswamy when he is already a U.S. citizen? (He was born and raised in Ohio).
While denaturalization isn't unheard of, it's exceptionally rare in the United States. On average there is around 10 to 15 people that get denatrualized every year and often these cases all involve immigrants that have ties to cartels or gangs, human trafficking, drug trafficking, financial fraud, or terrorism or other criminal activity.
It's important to know that the process of denaturalization only applies to naturalized immigrants, this process does not apply to citizens born on U.S. soil.
Vivek Ramaswamy is not going to get deported to India anytime soon on the count that Vivek Ramaswamy was born and raised in America with his citizenship being given to him on the day he was born in Ohio. His deportation is simply not going to happen.
I don't know if Jersh lost his citizenship when he moved to Europe and lived there for a while but if he did renounced his American citizenship during his time in Europe, then Jersh is the one far more likely to get deported than the Republican Indian from Ohio anyway.
