That was my thought. Remember, she said she can't bank normally due to having a Russian bank account, so perhaps this is a way relatives in Russia can send her money bypassing the sanctions that block RU banks from interacting with the outside world.

I think it's rather entitled to expect strangers on the internet to post bank details just because they have a minor Youtube account.
