I don't know about that. Bank robbery is pretty serious business.

A penalty for a Mann Act violation, also known as the "White Slavery Act," can result in a maximum of 10 years in federal prison and a fine for transporting adults across state lines for illegal sexual activity. Penalties are significantly harsher when the offense involves a minor (under 18), potentially including mandatory minimum sentences. In addition to imprisonment and fines, a conviction can lead to other consequences like asset forfeiture and mandatory sex offender registration.
The typical penalty for a federal bank robbery ranges from several years in prison to life imprisonment or even the death penalty, depending on the circumstances. Because most banks and credit unions are federally insured, robbery of these institutions is usually prosecuted as a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 2113. The severity of the punishment depends on the level of force used and the harm caused.

I don't know dude my buddy from high school only got 7 years for robbing a bank and if you violate the mann act you can get 10 or more.

And I mean plus you'll have to go to prison with the stigma of violating the mann act on you.

Hahaha it's so awesome that we still have a "white slavery law" to protect white women from being violated on the books.

Using the same logic that they are using to defend middle aged men fucking 16 year olds you could easily make the argument the age of consent is 11 in Nigeria so letting Africans post jailbait photos isn't a crime.
The age of consent in Nigeria is 18 years old, but the law is inconsistently applied across the country. The discrepancy is largely due to the existence of different legal frameworks governing different regions.
Legal frameworks in Nigeria
  • Child Rights Act (CRA): This federal law, which has been adopted by many but not all Nigerian states, sets the age of consent at 18. Under the CRA, any sexual intercourse with a person under 18 is considered rape.
  • Criminal Code Act: This law applies to the states in Southern Nigeria. It also stipulates the age of consent as 18.
  • Penal Code Act: This law governs the Northern states and is influenced by Sharia law. Under the Penal Code, the age of consent for girls depends on their marital status, not their age. This means a girl who is married is considered to be of full age, regardless of her actual age.
Complicating factors
  • Adoption of the CRA: Not all states have fully adopted and domesticated the Child Rights Act. In some states, especially in the North, older interpretations of the law or local customs regarding child marriage may still be practiced.
  • Child marriage: The practice of child marriage continues, particularly in Northern Nigeria. This is sometimes justified by the Penal Code and a controversial constitutional provision stating that "any woman who is married shall be deemed to be of full age".
  • Efforts to raise the age: Organizations like the Malala Fund have run campaigns, such as the #raisetheage petition, to advocate for a single, consistent age of consent of 18 across Nigeria.

Dude up until a few years ago the age of consent in Japan was 13. There are parts of Mexico where the age of consent is 12.

That doesn't make it right.

I'm not trying to flame up the conversation again and stir the pot, I'm just saying people around here shouldn't be advocating violating the mann act 😂

Reason: The mann act is my new favorite thing. BASED white woman protection law.

Trying to bump the law up to 18?

Nigeria wins AGAIN.

I accept your apology.

I don't appreciate having my words misrepresented as "defending sleeping with underage girls". I made two posts on the topic, one of which was posting the actual state laws. Kiwifarmers slandering people they don't like as pedos is very relevant to to the thread and will be something people here want to discuss.

There is no reason to censor discussion on this.

Intent versus impact.

You may not have intended to come across as defending someone my age having sex with a 16 year old, but that was the impact of responding to what I said with a map of the locations where it's legal to pork a little kid.

But like @Gore San pointed out, that map is basically useless because like I said federal law overrules it when you're moving across state lines.

Not only that but like he said also, sometimes laws are gross. You have to put your morals first. Nazi Germany had a lot of laws that I wouldn't have followed. Like public smoking ban? Fuck all that.

But seriously though sometimes you have to make sure when you're on the weird side of an argument that you clarify yourself because it's seriously seemed like you were advocating for middle-aged men to have sex with girls still in high school. At the time I thought you were a guy so that compounded the creepiness.

Nigeria is one of those states that has a big religious fault line running through it. The southern half of the country is predominately Christian while the Northern part is predominately Muslim.

Before you pass judgment:
In the 1800s, ages of consent in the United States varied by state, but they were generally low, with most states having an age of 10 or 12 by 1880. A notable exception was Delaware, which had an age of consent of 7 in 1885. By the early 1900s, efforts by social purity movements led to an increase, with many states raising the age to 16 or 18 by 1920.

Range of Ages
  • Most Common Ages: By 1880, 37 states had an age of consent of 10 years, while 10 states had an age of 12 years.

  • Delaware: In 1885, Delaware's age of consent was 7 years old.
Changes Over Time

  • Reform Movement:
    .

A social purity movement in the late 19th century advocated for raising the age of consent, aiming for 16, 18, or 21.
  • Early 20th Century:
    .

These efforts were largely successful; by 1920, many states had raised their age of consent to 16 or 18.
Context
  • State Variation: The age of consent was not uniform across the country.

  • Influence of the 1885 Law: The 1885 law setting the age at 16 in some jurisdictions is a crucial part of understanding how consent laws developed.
Update: No! I don't justify porking an underage minor across state lines just to make sure there is no confusion.

Whatever, insert any country where fucking really low age kids is legal and the concept of my argument still stands.

That would explain the inconsistencies with the age of consent.

I agree but the USA still has some work to do in this area:
Based on a study by the organization Unchained At Last covering 2000 to 2018, the top 10 states with the highest per-capita rate of child marriage were:
  • Nevada
  • Idaho
  • Arkansas
  • Kentucky
  • Oklahoma
  • Wyoming
  • Utah
  • Alabama
  • West Virginia
  • Mississippi
Other states with high overall child marriage totals
While per-capita rates provide a standardized comparison across states, total numbers paint a different picture, especially in more populous states. During the same period (2000–2018), states with a high overall number of child marriages included:
  • Texas
  • California
  • Florida
  • Nevada
  • North Carolina
Important considerations
When reviewing these numbers, it is important to note:
  • Child marriage is not a new phenomenon. A study by the Journal of Adolescent Health found that from 2000 to 2018, over 300,000 children were legally married in the US, most of them girls married to adult men.
  • Most child marriages in the US are female. The majority of minors who were married between 2000 and 2018 were girls.
  • Laws are changing. As of July 2025, 16 states have banned marriage for anyone under 18, closing loopholes that previously allowed it. These include Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Rhode Island, New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, Michigan, Washington, Virginia, New Hampshire, Oregon, and Missouri.
  • Child marriage still occurs. In the remaining states, underage marriage is still legal under certain circumstances, such as with parental or judicial consent.

Okay so I had a little bit more faith in my country thinking the age of consent was 18. Boy am I a dummy.

You certainly got my number, madam. You've proven that there are states that are disgusting enough to let people have sex with children still in high school.

I don't know why you're savoring the flavor of that victory so much but I just still think it's gross and wrong.

And you're misrepresenting my two separate quotes.

The first one was me mistakenly thinking that the age of consent was 18 across the board.

The second one was me saying that I still disregard the laws that say the age of consent should be younger than 18, because morally I think it should be 18 no matter what. I don't care what the law says 16 is too young.

Again, impact versus intent. You really have a hard time trying to articulate yourself.

I was going to say "I bet I know which parts have the really low ages of consent and which ones have 18."

Also I wasn't trying to shit on them specifically because I almost said the Philippines instead. But if Nigeria is 18 and some US states are lower then US is being outdone by Africa and they look good in comparison.

Hey come on now my first marriage was a child marriage 😢

Hey come on now my first marriage was a child marriage 😢

They changed the law like 5 years ago, but yeah in 2000 my first marriage was a child marriage. All four of our parents had to sign off on it.

I really think the two of us just purposely had a kid so we could get married and then get emancipated at 16, but that's another story for another time lol.

Warski is part of Kino Casino, which is funded by An Open Secret producer and hedge fund manager Gabe Hoffman. Hoffman also likely finances MATI and Kiwifarms.

If Null starts going after Warski, he'll piss off Hoffman and possibly get cut off from his tugboat.
If it weren’t for how clockable my artstyle was, I’d draw Josh being paid off by Hoffman in the style of one of those liberal political commentary comics

I would do it in the old school style cartoon of the 1800s.

Thomas Nast. Racist motherfucker who still gets praised to this day. Bro hated Irish people and blacks more than anything else in the world.
