You had the power of the entire time to unban Ishtar. It seems to me like you let me go ahead with the ban, and because it wasn't popular you're going to pretend like you're mad at me over it now that the ban is over.
You knew I banned Ishtar. You did nothing. You said nothing. You let the ban wrap up. And now you're pretending like you're upset that she got banned.
This was not something that went over your head and under your nose. I gave you the Iggy about this the second I did it. I told you here and I told you in one of our DMs. Don't tell me you didn't check either of those alerts.

Because it wasn't about me proving myself right I was trying to get you to stop and you wouldn't stop. There's a lot of scrutiny right now and there's a lot of scrutiny on the horizon, so we need to stay away from topics like that unless it's an obvious joke.

Federal law overrides state law. I don't give a shit what places are late to the party of making the age of consent 18, because what is legal isn't always moral and what is moral isn't always legal. If an adult crosses state or country lines to meet a 16 year old for sex that is still a sex crime and it is sex trafficking to take a minor to a place where it is legal to fuck them for a reason. And let's not act like that is meant to allow 40 year olds to fuck 16 year olds because it's clearly meant to be for the Romeo and Juliet laws. This is not the hill to die on and it's off topic. Advocating for doing both illegal and morally reprehensible shit is ban worthy.
Reason: It used to be illegal to hide Jews and help runaway slaves escape so the law doesn't dictate morals in every instance. Piracy is illegal but based.

We are not advocating anything illegal. We are not actively conspiring to allow 40 year olds to cross state lines to fuck a 16 year old. We are not rewriting legal codes for the feds or the state. It is a discussion board. If someone on their off-time decides they want to cross state lines and fuck a 16 year old and are caught, it's their problem, not ours.

Using the same logic that they are using to defend middle aged men fucking 16 year olds you could easily make the argument the age of consent is 11 in Nigeria so letting Africans post jailbait photos isn't a crime.
Reason: Imagine haggling about the age of consent like trying to get a deal on something at hobby lobby. How well do you think that will go over if they were catfished by the police or Ruben Sim or something.

Dude up until a few years ago the age of consent in Japan was 13. There are parts of Mexico where the age of consent is 12.

Intent versus impact.
You may not have intended to come across as defending someone my age having sex with a 16 year old, but that was the impact of responding to what I said with a map of the locations where it's legal to pork a little kid.
But like @Gore San pointed out, that map is basically useless because like I said federal law overrules it when you're moving across state lines.
