Kiwi Farms doesn't really have a monopoly on lolcows anymore. Back when Kiwi Farms was brand new, they were like a big fish in a small pond back when the Internet was a lot smaller and when the Internet didn't hit mainstream pop culture at the time. Well that pond grew into a lake and eventually it grew into an ocean and now Kiwi Farms is finding themselves competing with other content creators that cover said lolcows. Even the content creators that do cover lolcows these days don't really cite Kiwi Farms anymore as Kiwi Farms has a tarnished reputation these days.

The 4channers were only on Kiwi Farms when 4chan went down after the infamous hacking incident when they had nowhere else to go. Once 4chan came back online, the 4channers went back to 4chan and never went back to Kiwi Farms. Furthermore, it doesn't help that half of the Kiwis hate weeb culture and they're generally hostile towards Japanese entertainment in general so why would a 4channer stick around staying on Kiwi Farms anyway? Everyone on the Internet has a right on who they want to associate with so it's no surprise the 4channers wanted nothing to do with Kiwi Farms since half of the Kiwis turn offed the 4channers in regards to staying on Kiwi Farms. Why would a 4channer stay in a community that hates weeb culture and vtubers? It's no different than watching a black man staying far away from the KKK and wants absolutely nothing to do with them.

If Jersh thinks Kiwi Farms being buried in search engine results is bad enough, it's going to get a lot worse for communities like Kiwi Farms as search engine developers implement more AI into their search engine results which will likely cause communities like Kiwi Farms to be buried in a sea of irrelevant search results and AI heavily favoring corporate slop. So this may be the death blow for Kiwi Farms (and communities just like them) as search engine developers keep adding more AI into their search engine results that favor what they want their users to see; so every day the organic Internet keeps dying and this keeps proving the Dead Internet Theory being true where these days you mostly see bots and astroturfing done by Big Tech now.

It's going to get worse for Jersh when inevitably Kiwi Farms ends up like ED later on.

Kiwi Farms has already peaked and hit its apex of growth and relevance. They are uncool, old, and washed. Josh's mind won't be able to accept the truth on this matter as he is too invested in his baby and is myopic. As he said, he views everything about the Kiwi Farms as an extension of himself and his personality and tastes. Someone that deep up his own asshole won't be able to honestly assess his situation and see the forest for the trees. Josh has dreams of growing the Kiwi Farms but it will never grow again. Only slow decline awaits them as it hemorrhages users. Now, yes, Josh will keep the site running out of pure spite and his ODD. But that doesn't mean the site is alive or thriving. It's sort of like having someone terminally ill hooked up on life support as a vegetable with 0 brain activity. Ok, they're not technically "dead" but you wouldn't call that good health either or thriving.

My guess is that at some point in the future (if not now), Josh will get tired of being the guy taking on all the burden of having a tarnished reputation and denied by payment processors while people like TurkeyTom are rich off the site, while taking on none of the burden. Josh will grow tired of this and he will bundle all of his user information and the site's data on lolcows and then sell it to the highest bidder. It will probably be some data aggregation company that buys it. Overall, it will sell for relatively cheap (20K-50K). And it won't be enough for Josh, who is now spoiled from his multiple crowd-funding financial scams. But in the near future, Josh will be desperate and will have to come back down to Earth. So he will quietly and secretly sell his user data and sell his users out to the highest bidder like a snake rat.

In an effort to stick it to his edaddy Nick Rekieta, Josh has likely asked his lawyer to work for Steve "Montagraph" Quest who is suing Nick for defamation after he called him a pedophile. Hardin doesn't charge Josh very much and Montagraph is likely receiving the same discount if not entirely free service.

honestly this is it, its also why all the "lolcows" seem to be from people that were big a decade ago, there are clearly other lolcows on tiktok or twitter or anywhere else, but because of the effortpost userbase all being about 40 and not keeping up with the youth shit they miss a lot of content, Especially when it comes to streamers too. Destiny got on people's shitlist because of jontron, but everyone mostly missed a lot of streamers or tiktok cows.

It reminds me of how one or two guys thought they had a monopoly on making fun of joe rogan or comedian podcasts back in 2016, but now its something even fucking SNL is making fun of, same way SNL recently had Trisha Paytas on, we're not weird teenagers covering niche topics, everything we love is mainstream now.

Its like lawtube or those guys mocking house listings, yeah you used to have a monopoly but then you stated a trend and no one cares about you because other people do it better.

nah, the reason Sherrod could leave ED is because she had real options, she was able to move on and have a career, meanwhile josh has nothing. when you have options everything is a lot easier to leave, when you don't you're fucked.

people compare Josh to SA and thats 100% the best example of his life trajectory, only at least Lowtax had a pretty sweet fucking life, Josh was just fat and poor and lonely and played video games and barely got anything out of running the site besides misery. Loxtax got fucking rich and had a shitload of internet fame and ended up banging and marrying numerous whores from his site. Loxtax made more money off the site than he ever could working a real job, meanwhile for Null its the exact opposite.

I know that he claimed he didn't receive service from Melinda Scott when she sued him, but I think she did write that document. Were there any others? Only a few people have actually sued Null.
Come to think of it, both Greer and Acerthorn seem to have served Null successfully.

If someone has their dox on KF, they probably have grounds to go after the site. The other stuff might be an issue.
Maybe one could have him turn over ownership of kiwifarms, if he couldn't pay.

Some people are more effective at lawsuits than others, none of the failed ones really matter because it only emboldens him. Which is a false sense of security if he runs into someone actually competent. Serving is just ones step, a lot of times you have to prove damages too. And malicious intent on the others part which can be excused as ignorance in a lot of cases. Until it no longer is and once it's documented they know a thing they pushed was false they can no longer push that narrative without risk of further lawsuits that can stick.

It's worth noting that Null has nearly lost lawsuits against people who are incompetent.

In regards to damages, a bunch of states have laws against doxing, but even if your state doesn't you might be able to sue for harassment. Proving Malicious intent should be pretty easy. Due to that, one might be able to get a gag order to shut the site down during the lawsuit and prevent null from streaming MATI, especially since Kiwifarms has doxed people and lawyers for just sending legal notices to the site. Anyone suing the site should do this as they will probably make a thread on the lawsuit and harass your lawyers.
It'd also be incredibly funny if Null was sent a gag order.

Because of how Null and his jannies act on the site, section 230 will not protect them from liability. That article talks about various conditions in which section 230 does not apply, such as if the website is selectively promoting content. They are the ones who personally choose which lolcow threads to bring out of propspering grounds, which lolcows get their own special subforums, which posts get promoted on the frontpage, and which lolcow caricatures to feature in the background wallpaper of the site.
Section 230 also doesn't protect them if they are developing/inducing illegal acts. Null admits that he's allowed illegal and borderline illegal content on his site. Such as revenge porn, animal abuse, leaked nudes, stolen passwords, and stolen financial details. He has said he won't ban users who break the law, openly asked for nude leaks, made secret forums, and asked his users to cowtip.
This is also why kiwifarmer's comparisons to other social media are disingenuous, as sites like twitter do not do this.

Sending the IRS after someone is usually a waste of your time unless the person is very wealthy. They don't waste their time on small fish. There needs to usually be a big reward waiting to mount an investigation and use resources going after someone. Or something big like a public outcry. Josh doesn't make enough money to be on their radar. The problem with reporting someone to the IRS for tax fraud/evasion is that you need evidence they are committing tax fraud. A hunch or just speculation isn't good enough. And unless you are close to this person and intimate enough to be up in their finances, you won't have any solid evidence they are committing tax fraud. And without evidence, it ends up looking like a private-army request to the government to go after your personal enemy. People are welcome to do what they want though. Don't let me stop you.
