Here's a few things I found in my archive today that are directly relevant to the defamation cases that Null plans to file against all these different individuals and entities.
Here's Null in 2018 saying, quote:

Null of course will claim that he has now changed his mind on his ability to "contain pedophiles", but this plainly shows that, for years into running KF, Null still considered the "containment of pedophiles" on his forum the right way of dealing with them.
Remember when Null was pretending to work on
"Project Exodus"? He described this as
"a resource that will help the internet filter CP for free", saying it was designed to be
"able to reliably memorize obscene material without storing it"? Whatever happened to Project Exodus Null? Did you run out of images to train it?

Null really needs to stop acting obtuse about what's on his website. The fact is that KiwiFarms is full of all kinds of filth and obscenity and no one has to dig very deep to find it either. I know Kiwis think Null should be allowed to violate every ToS under the sun because he's on a holy crusade to expose the degenerate, predatory LGBT. But porn doesn't stop being porn just because it gets cross-posted to KF for Kiwis to make fun of e-thots and their simps. Likewise, pedophilic/zoophilic doesn't stop being pedophilic/zoophilic just because it's cross-posted to KF to expose pedos and zoophiles.
I hope there's someone left on KiwiFarms who understands sex crime laws, who can explain this to Null: when a Telegram pedo makes video of himself masturbating on his own to groom children with, it's not just the showing or distributing of the video on Telegram that is a sex crime. The video itself is the sex crime, because it was made with the intent to groom. Therefore, if you cross-post the video, even in the name of "exposing the evil predatory LGBT", it doesn't shed its original criminal intent just because it's on KF now. There has to be someone who can explain this criminological concept to Null in a way that he can understand it.
Null has no idea who is signing up to use his forum. Null hopes it's all normies who want to be shocked (into hating the LGBT) by explicit/graphic content of social media predators caught with their pants down, but it could just as well be degenerates looking to stock up their porn folders. How does Null know that his website hasn't been already been weaponized by degenerates who are exploiting the fact that he allows everyone to upload virtually anything? How does Null know that KF is not already full of coomers and trannie chasers who don't care about the moral posturing and just want the smut? Maybe Null himself needs to step outside of Beauty Parlour and see what's actually on the rest of his forum.
Null has repeatedly posted warnings KF to the effect that whenever someone uploads porn on KF, they can't just upload the images themselves as is, but need to write something that appears to be a review of the porn. Isn't this Null admitting he's well-aware of all the obscenity that people have been uploading to KF? Which explains why he was instructing Kiwis how to effectively whitewash their uploads of porn by making it appear as if it's meant as criticism?
Null, FFS, stop being so fucking obtuse about these things. Anyone who has browsed your forum outside a single thread knows what's on there. In fact, you admitted you created the Beauty Parlour subforum because you wanted to isolate female Kiwis into a section of the forum where those women wouldn't have to see the filth on the rest of your website - as if those women don't know all the filth on your website better than you apparently do.
This is literally what Null does:

Instead of trying to arrange secret backroom deals to break the ToS with shady ISPs like you did with Epik, why don't you just find an ISP that allows you and the Kiwis to post obscenity to your heart's content? Like an ISP that serves the porn industry or something? Oh, right, those ISPs are all pro-LGBT, and they're not gonna host a far-right anti-LGBT forum that "exposes" their "actors" or their "customers".
