The song starts off by announcing its intent to unpack the claim that acts of mass violence happen with no motive. The rapper suggests that mass shooters do actually have a motive, namely that they aren't really "lone wolves" acting on their own, but were manipulated into committing acts of mass violence by a government "asset with an asset", aka the "glowies" that seek them out on the internet. The conspiracy theory here is that the government wants there to be periodic eruptions of mass-violence in order to justify militarizing the police against the citizenry, with the government making sure to deliberately groom unhinged members of the general public into being their "ticking timebombs". The rapper however doesn't discuss this latter part of the conspiracy theory, and mostly focuses on describing how glowies manipulate their targets psychologically.
The protagonist of this song is represented as someone stressed out restless, someone needing sleeping pills to sleep but he is so restless, the sleeping pills can't knock him out anymore.
I suspect this part of the rap is pilfered from the movie/book Fight Club, the part there Jack's is suffering from insomnia and his doctor tells him to go "chew on some Valerian":
What does the protagonist do with his insomnia? He's up all night browsing the internet. The idea of him needing pills to sleep is meant to suggest that this person is already mentally ill with the pills doing nothing to aleviate his mental illness, likely making it worse.
This is the part in the song where the "glowie", the government handler/agent provocateur shows up on the forum where the protagonist is active. The "glowie" already knows the forum lingo, has an obvious Natsee alias that gives him away as a far right extremist, and tries to build rapor with the protagonist. Very soon the agent provocateur begins to escalate his demands, trying to figure out who already has violent intent by asking around who's into building bombs or shooting guns.

This lyric suggests that glowies will manipulate unhinged members of the general public to commit acts of mass violence, as long as that violence is plebs killing plebs. The job of the glowies is to divert that violence away from the public targeting the elites oppressing them towards the public targeting itself, thus justifying an intervention from the elites to "maintain the peace and restore law and order".

It's funny because in no other cases would said behavior be justified to them: When BLM riots happened I didn't see the same people say they were somehow less accountable. Nor when some horrible unjust mob does something abhorrent. And even though some do imply that the woke-mob itself is merely brain-washed by the media I don't see anyone excusing their insanity with it but instead using the idea as an insult.
In any other crime as well I don't see them considering mitigating facts, in fact I see them actively try to remove mitigation to scandals and crimes.
I don't even see the mere mention of the lowest empathy one might extended... Well with notable exception.
There's been a thought nagging at back of my head considering two events: Null seemingly extends empathy, and the benefit of the doubt, even when it's overtly shown but not when it's anything anime related.

I'm going to be honest: I have no idea. It doesn't feel like a joke, he doesn't laugh, but maybe he is joking. He never was funny.
The context before this was him showing an old deleted video of Sseth's just being goofy on the internet about some other youtuber with some friends and him saying: "Oh this is just a shitpost, I thought it was serious..." And then the clip happens.
It is kind of funny as well because the only time Sseth has ever posted on Kiwifarms was directly related to one of his friends or something being bullied on Kiwifarms.
IKR? Have you ever seen anyone come out and say that BLM were driven to burn down whole blocks with buildings with people still inside of them because "the fedz made them do it"? No, it's assumed that BLM violence was authentic and spontaneous. It's so ridiculous. People are violent because they have an inherent predisposition to violence and they have the opportunity to do it. You don't need any involvement from fedz for either individual people or a group of people to get together and decide to commit violence.
Also, if you've ever read LE instruction manuals for the infiltration of groups (I literally watched a video years ago where an activist was reading straight from that shit, very informative and surprising), you will see that LE don't actually (just) target individual activists but prefer to target a group of like-minded activists, or, if the group is decentralized, they will target a milieu, like an online forum, where a lot of these activists come together to congregate and plan their activities. When fedz infiltrate a group, their goal isn't just to find individual "schizotypes" and manipulate them individually into committing crimes, but rather to rise up within the group hierarchy as quickly as possible to a leadership position, so they can then run the group itself and use their leadership to get as many participants in trouble so they can all be arrested and/or implicated all at once.
If we translate this known infiltration strategy to a website like KF, then a "glowie" infiltrating KF wouldn't be targeting individual Kiwis. More likely, they would become a gadfly on the more accessible or civilized parts of the forum (say, Beauty Parlour instead of A&H), so they can eventually become a mod and a staff member, whereupon they will slowly try win over Null's trust so they can eventually manipulate Null himself to take KF into a certain, more risky/cybercriminal direction. That's how I'd expect actual LE to infiltrate a site like KF to take it down, definitely not by signing up as "Hitlerrapist1488" and asking around who wants to make a bomb. Hard Men Working Hard perpetrate the idea that glowies are that obvious, probably because it's a comforting thought to themselves that glowies are that obvious and they can be easily identified. The idea that they might never actually encounter a glowie, because the glowie is already working behind the scenes as a moderator and is already busy talking to the webmaster, that's not something they want to consider.
I really do think that at the root of this idea that glowies are manipulating individual people is a Martyr Complex type of narcissism. These people secretly kinda like the idea of fedz giving them all this personal attention. It's like a kind of political Munchhausen Syndrome, this idea that they're considered important or dangerous enough to warrant all this personal attention and care.
That's why Christorian X was so suspect, because, I don't know if you've ever read his DMs, but he was constantly asking people how to get through to Null and if any of them had a direct line to Null and could speak to Null on his behalf or introduce him to Null. That's more in line with known LE infiltration tactics. They go for the head. Not saying Christorian X is a fed, but he definitely was copying the expected behaviour of an actual fed in the way he wanted to gain access to leadership ASAP.
To say the obvious: Of course LE infiltrate groups all the time, and of course in some cases they might grab someone and compromise him for the group. And sure they might have a history of scummy tactics but I have a legitimate question: If LE was trying to destroy your group why wouldn't they just plant fake-evidence? Who's going to check them? Themselves?
It would be incredibly risky to literally pay and support a future shooter directly than just conveniently searching their drives, planting some evidence, arresting them. As one is purely internal, thus easily covered by corruption, and the other relies on individuals of obscure forums that are probably so weak that they can't open a jar, and/or so over weight they can't move five steps without running out of breath.
edit: I know the argument is that it's actually about slowly eroding the 2nd-amendment by tragedy but there's a tragedy every day. The government doesn't need to manufacture tradegy it merely needs the media to highlight any tragedy.
It really does feel like some protagonist-delusion because quite frankly if they were actually competent: They could easily just kill them, or frame them for any crime: No one would know too, because they're usually nobodies.

With the amount of false flags used to attack 2nd amendment rights, wouldn't surprise me if KF is being used to attack the 1st with the same kind of MO by encouraging people to attack others via speech. That way the public will beg the government for "reasonable restrictions" on it too.
Since we're on the topic of law enforcement infiltration, all of the sperging about "glowie this" and "glowie that" reminds me of that one South Park episode where the kids find out that the government actually propagates the 9/11 conspiracy theories in order to get people to fear the government. Like Gays from LA said earlier, the FBI and NSA (not the CIA like everyone seems to think) are not going to try to ask people if they are going to commit a crime, they are going to try to infilitrate the leadership and can even use webcrawlers to flag certian words/phrases to arrest people on "true threat" charges. In additon, 4chan and Kiwi Farms are public forums that anybody can access; the groups that law enforcement would want to infilitrate would likely be real-word groups like militas and other paramilitary organizations that have an online component like a Discord or Telegram. In conclusion, the number of undercover FBI/NSA "glowies" is likely quite low.
