It was reportedly a forum for the trolls at the top tier who were in with CWC and controlled CWC trolling. I think this was basically when CWC kept everything secret like his tweets and stuff. When the golden age of trolling ended, it basically just became a circle jerk among the members.

Indeed in fact of course, after ickeriss burned cwcs medallion his group aimed to be the new PvCC he even banned his old name ickeriss via a word filter on /kkk/ krapplechus board, once they filled the troll train with PvCC operatives they devolved into hoarding old content and making CogsDev feel better since most of the people on PvCC cogsdev knew irl.

I don't know what killed it. It might have been by the time of the lockdown, it was pretty much dying out. There was a leak from the old PVCC a few years back with screenshots that were dated around 2012 or so.
