So I checked Esqueer's Bsky to see if he had anything to say about Null suing LFJ, given that him and LFJ were #DropKiwiFarms colleagues... but he's surprisingly, suspiciously quiet about it. AFAICT he hasn't said anything about the lolsuit, unless he deleted it before I could read it.

Esqueer did say this though: "I've been a copyright abolitionist my entire career".

If Esqueer has been KLF his entire career... does that mean he DOESN'T support LFJ using the DMCA to go after KF?
Is that why he's so quiet about the lolsuit?

The more I am looking at Null's lolsuit and other platform-related DJ cases, the more I am convinced that even he doesn't actually want this to go through court. I am more convinced than ever that the most likely reason Null decided to sue LFJ was to turn the tables on him and to force LFJ back into mediation, but under Null's conditions this time and without that excessively NDA that LFJ's lawyer wanted to force upon Null.

If I was LFJ, I'd swallow my gay pride, concede that the DMCA takedown was a bad idea, and use my Google millions to settle out of court with Null. That's what Epik did too when Null threatened to sue them over those tweets where they claimed they found CP on KF.
