Vivek is uniquely hated among the Twitter right because he's part of the GOP and he made a very public, hated post on Twitter where he claimed the average American worker was mediocre and needed to improve if they didn't want to be replaced by foreign workers. I'm more curious as to why Null is still on the Indian hate though, because the rest of the right has moved on from that for the most part as it didn't work and Indians are more emboldened than ever to send death threats to people like Null.

100% accurate. The West doesn't seem to realise, the collapse of "Industry" is down to workers thinking they are worth more than they are. Same in the UK, if you build shit cars, that no ones want to buy....

I'm glad that everyone in those replies are calling out Jersh on this.

Not only did Jersh tried to ruin someone's life over false accusations but this also further discredits the farms even more where if it's this easy to frame complete horseshit as "fact" then that calls into question about the integrity of Kiwi Farms in general.

How can anyone see really Kiwi Farms as a reliable source if Jersh himself isn't willing to vet whatever information comes at him? They can laugh at the most laughable lolcows as much as they want but that doesn't mean anything if Kiwi Farms is going to suffer from a credibility crisis anyway,

He knew from the start it was all bullshit. If there was a hint of truth to it he would have had someone who waa both experienced and respected handle the interview instead of swan diving into the shit. Here's hoping Tom goes after him
 
From what I heard (only rumor) is that the reason why Turkey Tom's ex retracted her statements is that apparently Turkey Tom's legal team contacted them with a Cease and Desist or something.

There's rumor (unconfirmed) that Turkey Tom's legal team may go after Jersh himself.

Jersh has already threatened to shut down Kiwi Farms permanently if they get sued again (due to wanting to avoid any potential legal liabilities and the strained funding for the website) but if Turkey Tom goes after Kiwi Farms in some way then this may be it.

He's racist, he hates gays, he hates transsexuals, he's anti-immigration, he hated Jews up until recently and he's spent the last year turning Kiwi Farms into a Trump fanclub complete with ICE sign up pages. Only in Jersh's case, the one filing lawsuit doesn't need to win. While Kiwi Farms have won their past lawsuits, they have not came out relatively unscathed. Legal battles cost money and much of Jersh's legal battles with the various lolcows he had to deal with over the years drained his finances.

So if Turkey Tom tries anything legally related, this may be it for Kiwi Farms. It won't be a troon or a furry or a lolicon that takes them out, it may be one of Kiwi Farms' own that brings down the forum.

Even if Turkey Tom doesn't file lawsuit, the farms is already on their last legs where if it's not Turkey Tom then it may be just life that happens that puts an end to Kiwi Farms for good (like Jersh's own Financhu Crisis which is unrelated to Turkey Tom).

I'm honestly surprised they haven't went under from the amount of investigations into them. We know they SWAT people pretty often. They host revenge porn. They knowingly place nuisance calls into police agencies like with Chris. It's honestly a surprised the government hasn't stepped up.

This is a relativity simple question to answer and the answer is that Kiwi Farms is a honeypot.

Any oldfag worth their salt will know about the 'Party Van' meme which states that you should be careful with how you act on the Internet and what you post online because the feds are always watching and the feds will eventually find you if you post something online that will have their attention directed towards you.

Why is 4chan's /pol/ allowed to exist? Why is Stromfront allowed to exist? Why is the Sharty allowed to exist? Why is Kiwi Farms allowed to exist? Why are leftypol communities allowed to exist?
