I've said it before here and I'l say it again, Vivek Ramaswamy is not going to get deported to India because he was born and raised in Ohio (he was given his citizenship upon birth on U.S. soil).
If anything, Jersh is far more likely to get deported back to Europe assuming he renounced his American citizenship during his time in Europe (people can get deported from America regardless if they previously had American citizenship but renounced it to live in another country; your skin can be as white as the snow and they'll still deport you anyway).
To be totally fair, the clearnet is seeing a rise in crime and sadly this includes the rise of criminals posting illegal porn on the clearnet (whether it's these evil people fedposting on niche communities or normie websites like Facebook or Youtube).
Sadly online criminals are no longer exclusively staying on the darknet anymore like in the old days and they have expanded their operations to the clearnet. It's an issue that the Internet is going to have to deal with later on through legislation and new tools to fight these evil people.
With that said, Jersh going the Something Awful route is going to kill Kiwi Farms. Paying 20 dollars to open an account that can easily be banned by Jersh on a whim is going to ruin whatever good reputation Kiwi Farms has left.
Most importantly, this would put Kiwi Farms in a really bad spot because paying 20 dollars to gain full access to the farms would technically make Kiwi Farms a data broker as they host doxes being hidden away from public view that Jersh would be profiting off from this from that point on.
So not only would destroy what is left of the site's reputation but also puts Jersh in a potential sticky legal situation because the U.S. states that have made doxing a crime would have a stronger case against Kiwi Farms from that point on because Jersh would start to profit off non-consensual private information and Jersh would be screwed in the same way Alex Jones got screwed when he profited off his conspiracy theories about the Sandy Hook shooting.

Well regardless, 20 bucks just to make a Kiwi Farms account just for Jersh to have your dox and ban you forever is a rip-off.
Imagine paying with an Andrew Jackson to create a Kiwi Farms account just to get banned (even permanently) just because Jersh is in a pissy mood.
I've haven't seen a scam like this since the time Lockerz was a thing until they shut down (if anyone here even remembers Lockerz).

If Jersh is telling the truth then this individual has some really good OPSEC where they are able to get away with this despite using clearnet services like Gmail. It should be worth noting that James R. Conrad shares the same name as the fictional human character from the Godzilla universe, so James R. Conrad may as well be a pseudonym and not their real name.
This is assuming that Jersh is telling the truth about this James R. Conrad fellow.
However, there is also the possibility that James R. Conrad is completely made up and maybe this is Jersh's scheme for an exit scam where he will make as much money off the Kiwis as he can before he does the rugpull and shut down Kiwi Farms after he's done taking money from them.

This James Conrad forum situation is giving me weird vibes. You can unite an in-group by creating a scapegoat that is outside of the in-group. During a crisis situation where the in-group is under attack, people are more likely to rally and send money. In the past, Jewsh used Vordrak, Liz Fong Jones, Keffals, and even Ethan Ralph and Nick Rekieta as scapegoats or evil boogeymen villains that we are all supposed to hate and attack, like in 1984's 2 minutes of hate. With this James Conrad person, now we are supposed to hate this guy because he's supposedly a pedo and because he's messing with the forum for some reason. I think it's quite possible Josh has realized the KF has not grown since Keffals' Drop KF campaign and that was actually free publicity for him. So now Josh is trying to reignite the spark by fabricating a external boogeyman or new nemesis for the Farms. Maybe he believes this will stimulate donations. After all, he's been running that bank check mail scam and talking about needing more money to buy a house. So I need to see some evidence that someone is even attacking KF by creating accounts, let alone this specific person. Even if it is a real person and he is actually doing this, Josh is still just using it to try to capitalize on it as a victim to get donations.
It is funny though that one guy apparently has Josh by the balls and he's so terrified of a guy making accounts that the KF has ground to a halt and closed.

No. It does not. Josh has reached the online-grifter stage of his life where he is bored as he does nothing all week. He does not work or go to a real job. He streams just once a week for 3 hours. What does he do all week with all that free time? He goes fishing. He regularly goes driving and on long road trips across the country, he watches movies, he goes swimming in the summer, he goes to the beach, he goes to the store. He is so bored that he is now volunteering to buy food for churches and groups.
The day/night cycle is funny. It reminds me of Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest where the zombies come out at night and get stronger and you are fighting to get to the morning light to vanquish all the demons.

This guy's been torturing geriatric imageboards for years, botnets and proxies galore. I can imagine the curfew lasting for another week or two.
