They might've, if Lowtax had an account on farms. Allegedly he said once he was KF regular, but not that he have had account there. So regular might either be he was one of site users for actual and might've had some interactions with Meowsh OR.... simply lurking the site on regular. Not the same things at all.

Yes, they did. I think they were in regular contact with each other until, from what Null says, Lowtax stopped responding out of nowhere.
