If you were caught with meth and you try to argue with the police that it's not meth and you say that it's "Glass", they're still going to arrest you and charge you with possession regardless of how you call meth; it's still methamphetamine on a chemical level regardless of what you call it. Law enforcement always know the slang terms for drugs as they are trained to know the terminology, street slang won't fool them.

Should Jersh get sued by a state that allows their residents to sue doxers in civil court, he's going to have a lot of trouble explaining why "Phonebooking" isn't doxing even though said state laws say otherwise.

This is the same level of stupidity I see with sovereign citizens that try to use backwards legal logic as a 'Get Out of Jail Free' card, "I'm not driving, I'm traveling".

I see that Lidl is spreading the claim that Saberspark is a rapist. He formally responded in a recent video and says all the allegations are false. The creator of the attack video (ILoveKimPossibleAlot or "ILKPA") for the accuser has since deleted her video of the accusations. ILKPA also concedes she has nothing to corroborate the story other than hearsay and agrees it is fair for people to disregard the accusations entirely since there is no evidence.

What's that? Josh uncritically calling people rapists on his podcast and convincing thousands of his users to believe and spread the lie? Say it ain't so!

On his podcast he said you should always ask permission for sex regardless if you are in a relationship or not. Pretty much the whole chat disagreed with him and he called the chat retarded. Usually men (not Josh) make the first move and women expresses reception to it or not. For anyone who isn't retarded like Josh this is typical gender roles with men being the initiators and women being the gatekeepers of sex. Obviously if the other person says no it's rape, but Josh and merry band of redditors treat women like children with no agency.

wat? is he only having sex with feminist hookers? like the whole reason psychology of human connection is that you grow to like/love someone that they can just put their arms around you whenever. think about how uncles and grandparents just barge in and put your face in their crotch.
