That is the gist of it.

Why is Josh trying to litigate his banning and parse the wording of the X TOS? It's the same bullshit again where Josh will ban someone for any reason he wants and you are not allowed to appeal it, question it, send a ticket, anything. But he cries like a bitch and breaks out the Dungeons and Dragons rulebook to find some loophole for why he should remain unbanned (when it happens to him) because someone else remains unbanned. He hates Elon Musk but X will always be superior to KF in this way, because at least X allows you to appeal your ban. KF locks you out of everything when you get banned and Josh deletes your comment on other sites and mutes you so you can't respond back. You are forced to fire up TOR or some VPN to make a sock account. It's such a piss-poor service for a guy that takes user money for said service.

So 4chan is back online and something interesting came to my attention several days ago.

While I cannot confirm it, what people told me is that apparently there was a leaked chat from 4chan's IRC that stated that 4chan does plan to take legal action against the online parties that wronged them over the damages that were done.

I'm not sure how true this is because everything about it muddy and it's just rumor, for all I know this could be fake and gay and it probably is. However, I wouldn't put it pass Hiro if he wants to seek revenge against those that wronged him (Japanese businessmen are known to be pretty merciless whenever they pursue legal action). We'll see what happens next.

This reminds me of when Anita Sarkeesian wanted to raise money to open a Discord server to help promote the Feminist Frequency brand but many people rightfully tore her to shreds when they pointed out that you don't need money to open a Discord server because anyone can open a Discord server for free.

While a lot of open source projects do take donations as a primary source of revenue, not every open source project does it for the money (there's also a lot of open source projects out there that are done by volunteers working on said project for free).

You don't need money to code so it just seems Jersh wants to rip-off his users even more while pretending to do any work.

If the "United States Internet Preservation Society" is such a great charity out to save the Internet, why is the guy who calls himself its founder and head out there celebrating harm on politicians? Maybe I am just an old man out of touch, but is that common for the presidents of charities to be wishing and celebrating violence and death on politicians and businessmen?
 
You'd think Jersh would know better than to fedpost on normie social media by now for the same reasons he doesn't allow fedposting on Kiwi Farms. For very obvious reasons, fedposting anywhere on the Internet is a huge legal liability for any online platform.

I'm no fan of Mitch "Turtle" McConnell either but unironically wishing harm on an elderly politician that is going to retire from politics anyway is fucking stupid and you're just asking for it. Jersh brought this on himself.

Elon Musk's Twitter may be more open and free compared to how things were with the previous owner but even Elon Musk is still not stupid enough to host any fedposting on his Twitter platform anyway.

KF can no longer claim how "tough" they are when they have users like this that just continue to de-fang it.

They have become the very thing they hate. They are no different from places like ResetEra and have no right to be throwing stones in their glass houses they currently live in.
