I've never liked Null personally, but have always wished him the best in his website-running hobby. This is really the last straw for me and got me to come over here and make an account. Here he is, someone who always warned about 'Fedposting' and 'touching the poo', has talked ad nauseum about hating 'political sperging', and has repeatedly said he hated A&H and wanted it gone from the site, posting in A&N about completely, unironically killing someone. And it is unironic because he has been posting for years about his issues with payment processors.

And here we see a collection of retards giving him a medal for it.

That's an interesting self-confession. He thinks he's capitalizing on the situation. So he's trying to use this as a cheap publicity stunt to get eyeballs on the Farms for notoriety or to pretend to be persecuted. I think his endgame is to just do enough of these lawsuits to one day get awarded several million in damages when a court finally gives him one. He probably imagines that some big-tech company like Cloudflare will one day have to pay him, if he only bitches enough into the void. Is this the Moon plan to become a multimillionaire?

It's funny and understandable yeah but he then goes and wonders why no one wants to do business with him. Ask yourself if this is the man who should be the public face of the movement for banks getting out of policing speech online.

He ought just find an absentee admin like Gookmoot and sell the Farms. He can still run the site into the ground like Gookmoot lets the 4chan jannies do, but he needs to give his free speech battles to someone who isn't a spergtastic lunatic.

This right here is the biggest smoking gun of why Joshua can no longer be expected to run Kiwi Farms properly. Their entire website is built around the freedom to exchange information and give commentary about other people, and they were so personally frazzled by some V-Tuber pronouncing their horniness for kids that they almost deleted an entire general thread because of it, even though that's exactly the kind of thing Kiwi Farms was made to document and discuss.
 
It's kinda crazy to me that Kiki doesn't already have a thread, but I suppose most kiwis aren't exactly adjacent to the vtuber sphere. They really only see the biggest members. Still, Jersh almost having an autism attack and nearly deleting a containment thread because some bitch is a pedophile is very on-brand for him. Gotta wonder how much of his "market research" was recreational, though.

VTuber fans are already pissed off at the Farms as it is due to their threads on Rev Says Desu and Pipkin Pippa.

Given that Jersh blamed VTuber fans for his Twitter account being banned for a while, he might be afraid of poking that bear.

I'd argue that vtuber fans are even more aggressive and rabid than K-Pop fans

4chan's vtuber board is infamous for being an autistic shithole filled with some of the most rabid vtuber fans ever and that is scratching the surface. Vtubers are a new phenomena that often attract some of the most desperate simps out there (or White Knights if you want to be old school). So if Jersh and KF become dumb enough like say go after some really big fish (like Gawr Gura from Hololive) then they'd be fucked from both the wrath of their fans and possibly feeling the wrath from some Japanese talent corporation if the vtuber in question is corporate owned by a big talent agency (those Japanese talent agencies don't fuck around and are often merciless when it comes to their opponents in legal battles, just look at how Nintendo treats video game emulation).

It also shows me that communities like Kiwi Farms are pussies because they will never go after any big fish, any vtubers from those big talent agencies like Hololive are far too much of a risk for Kiwi Farms (or any other similar troll community for that matter) to go after because vtubers backed by a big corporation are not worth it (especially if they are backed by some Japanese talent agency that has the same mindset as Nintendo in their legal department). Kiwi Farms can go after people like Rev or Pippa because they are either not corporate backed or they are a part of a small time talent agency that can't really do much but if they go after someone from Hololive then Kiwi Farms would be royally fucked.

Josh will rightly call Kiki a pedophile but for unknown reasons won't call Pippa Pipkin one despite the abundance of evidence. Josh has even reviewed her dox on stream once. Even Lidl Drip has used material from Pippa's thread on this website to attack Pippa. Perhaps Josh goes easy on her because she gives lip service to Kiwifarms. He actually went out of his way to clarify Pippa (and Kirsche) are not pedophiles. Alcoholic neo-nazi Randbot claims Josh was sent a legal notice to retract his statements.
