And by his own logic all the criminal detractors should be gathered on a single website of their own creation to do their misdeeds so that no one is affected by the fallout but them.

If these people are doing all kinds of criminal stuff it would be a mistake to think that Josh's heavy moderation would stop them from really doing anything and in fact Josh is only providing a place to regroup and post trophies after a successful alogging operation planned off site.

In no way does KF or Josh's influence stop or mitigate any of this and in fact gives the crazy people a place to store their twisted trophies knowing that Josh will not take them down like the guy that did whatever with DSPs sister like the were talking about.
 
Fyi, the DSP people already have their own splinter site called Goutopia or Goutpedia, Agent Proper the ex-janny for the DSP subforum run the place. It has been exist for months and it barely took off since they're using cheap forum software. If they really want to grow they should change their forum software with Xenforo since a lot of DSP regulars who still on the farms already familiar with the layout. Pushing people out of their comfort zone it's really hard.

Also the name is awful, they should change it to reference DSP dead and gay King of Hate forum.

The forum software Discourse is only free for the basic plan. If you move up from there, it will cost you.

Putting his little "sexual adventure" aside (Yes I'm familiar with Tooter): Tommy Tooter was tolerated because he was a batshit, garbage-eating intersex lolcow who among other things claimed a connection to being part of the Native American community. There are First Nations people who are part of the Kiwifarms community who didn't exactly....uh appreciate this claim. Aside from making a total ass out of himself with Kiwifarms and the Tucson Police Department, he was also on Onionfarms for a short time.

Tooter posted that I would be brought up on RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) charges. Yes, he wanted to bring Onionfarms up on the same criminal statue that the FBI uses to go after people in the mafia. I took his silly thread locked it and threw it in the dumper.

Do you feel like he is saying this just because there are active pedophile users on his site that he knows about, but is just snubbing his nose right now because he is that petty? Like "look what I'm getting away with while I accuse others of the same" ?

I didn't used to think so before the Rekeita stuff, but his behavior has become extremely vindictive. Then again, this may be typical. I'm thinking about the Glaive situation and that was pretty vindictive. Josh is just a capricious drama-hungry gremlin, isn't he?
