If we go by what they've said themselves about their respective locations - which we cannot verify in any way, but it's all we have - then it's not possible for them to live together. Didl claims he lives in Belgium and Null claims to live in Serbia, while intending to move back to the US. The distance between Brussels and Belgrade is 2+ hours by plane, 16-17 hours by car. Even within Europe, they live way too far apart to actually live together.

As I've said elsewhere on this forum, I suspect that Null wants people to widely speculate about what he's doing or whom he's with, because he wants there to be as much confusion and misinformation about his real life.
