"Epik literally already admitted the LEO was fake."? Epik never said there was a "Law Enforcement Order" or that it was fake. Epik simply alluded to being in touch with LE about the alleged CP report they had received, and alluded to blocking Null's domain at the request of LE. They never said that was because of an order. Null keeps saying that, but there really literally never a reference to any court order in their original tweets.

Anyways, I am glad Epik denied Null his day in court because it's really not worth it. He never would've shown up anyway, as fearful as he is of getting facedoxed. I would've loved for there to be a legal shitshow in the future as a result of Null's crowdfunder for his "alt-EFF", but I already said I suspected Epik and perhaps even Caraballo and LFJ might try to settle out of court with Null, because why would they want to waste their time and resources dealing with Null's bullshit and feeding into his "free speech martyr" narrative?
No one in their right mind (yeah, I know that's not troons) wants to have to go to court and listen to Null's lawyer argue about how his client he should be allowed to feature photographs of an asshole-fingering Telegram pedophile on his webforum as a form of "fair use protected criticism", even if that violates Epik's ToS against obscenity.
If Null wants to feature pictures of asshole-fingering Telegram pedophiles as a protected form of criticism against the LGBT community, why doesn't he just find an ISP that's OK with him and his users posting obscenity? Oh, right, because all of those ISPs are pro-LGBT, LMAO!
You know, he could get a self-test or go to a clinic to do a free PCR test to see if it's actually Covid, but he's a superstraight white male, and those obviously never get infected with anything contagious. I wonder if Null takes this same approach to STDs, given his rabid rants about gay people pozzing themselves. If Null ever suspected he had contacted an STD somewhere somehow, would he likewise refuse to get himself tested, preferring to live in oblivion and putting his SO at risk? I guess he is egotistical and delusional enough to do that to do that, even in the case of a possible STD infection.
