Actor Julián Gil revealed explosive details about his past relationship with actress Marjorie de Sousa during his appearance on the reality show Secretos de parejas. In his testimony, Gil described a turbulent relationship marked by a lack of love and alleged physical violence.
One of the most serious accusations came when Gil recalled a confrontation in Miami, where he claimed Marjorie physically assaulted him during an argument.
The actor went on to recount how, after their breakup, the two met again and shared drinks, which led to an intimate encounter. Months later, according to Gil, Marjorie showed up at his dressing room to inform him she was pregnant. That pregnancy led to the birth of their son, Matías, who has been at the center of a long and public custody battle between the two.
"You get to know the person when you get divorced, they say. In my case, I think the complicated thing, what happened and continues to happen, has a lot to do with the foundation that a relationship must have, of love, and in our case, that didn't exist; it was a friendship,” Gil said.
Julián also touched on another controversy involving Marjorie. He claimed that it was not Irina Baeva, but rather Marjorie, who was involved in a scandal that contributed to the separation of actor Gabriel Soto and actress Geraldine Bazán.
At the time, a Mexican magazine published photos of Gabriel Soto and Marjorie de Sousa together on the beach, sparking rumors of a romance that coincided with Soto’s marital issues with Bazán.
