I know, I know ladies, you just want to take your pants off and throw yourself at this man, but let me tell you about Daniel Brandon Bilzerian. Dan Bilzerian is an amateur poker player, "actor", owner of the company Ignite and son of cooperate takeover specialist Paul Bilzerian who, I may add, is a criminal of wall street. Dan avidly claims he got 50 million through playing poker in the year 2014 despite his father setting up a trust fund for him and his brother.

Dan's has been talked to again and again through a whole plethora of interviews he has had. Joe Rogan, Larry King, Graham Bensinger- there are plenty out there to look at and compare his story and way he answers any the questions asked of him. There's no way I can fit his whole life- or "life"- here so here's a small list of things that happened in no particular order.

If you want to read more than what's here you can go to the Two Plus Two Poker Forum. There's a thread that's all about him- it goes all the way back to 2013.

We can also be expecting a book from him... eventually... He talks about it in multiple places, but nowhere that's really good to use as a citation since it never seems to be done.

Giving women the highest levels of respect Sarcasm

Danny B is a very well known lover of women. He even has a good court record of it with two major instances of such acts! One when he threw porn star Janice Griffith off the top of Gracie Mansion. He didn't get enough OOMFF behind the toss and she ended up breaking her foot (video is SFW, just don't question that twig snapping noise).

(tweet now deleted)

I'm sure if you watched that TMZ video you heard that hardcore snap. Grody for sure, but Griffith was thinking about suing Danny B. except there was a slight problem with that... There was a contract in place for her to be tossed off that roof by our boy Danny B! And in a hilarious letter sent from Danny B's lawyer, Tom Goldstein, to Griffiths' lawyer, Shoham Solouki, saying:
It shows facts your client always omits: she was under contract to Hustler and agreed with Hustler’s request that she be photographed while being thrown off the roof. I always thought that this kind of thing was Photoshopped instead. Perhaps Hustler’s editorial standards would not permit it. Perhaps she insists on doing all her own stunts. I really do not know.

In all events, she agreed. Very few people I know would make that choice. But there it is. And chronologically, she’s an adult competent to make it. Hustler and your client asked Mr. Bilzerian to be the thrower, and we can all agree that was the better end of the deal.

Like your client, the facts of the claim won’t, quite, fly.
Full letter

Well, what about that other time when he kicked model Vanessa Castano in the face in a miami night club?

In the Larry King interview Dan doesn't use names and makes it hard to read out, but he makes it sound like Vanessa came up to the girl he was with that night and started a physical fight with her. After his girl was dragged off the stage he tried to break up the fight and Vanessa off his girl! Apparently this was reason enough to curb stop Vanessa! Surprisingly enough this even matches what his "people" have to say about the incident!

Dan got arrested a few days later at the Los Angelis airport he was arrested- except not for the prementioned cases, but because hew as allegedly detonating a bomb at a firing range! So he was dealing with a lawsuit from Vanessa and 2 felonies at this point in time. He claimed that all claims against him were absolutely false and all claims were wrong. Despite this pot of legal issues going on at the time somehow Dan comes out on top! The police investigation in the nightclub incident was dropped and banned from the nightclub, but he wasn't as lucky with the bomb situation- except comes out on top again! The bomb charges were dismissed and had no contest to being charged with failing to extinguish a fire in the open- a misdemeanor. He had to pay $20 grand for cleanup on the tractor he blew up and recorded a PSA for the Federal Bureau of Land Management as a part of paying for his charges.

The PSA:

He just keeps on winning in his respect for women!

Presidential Campaign

In the most infamous election so far in American history- 2016- Danny B. decided he was going to put his hat in the ring!
Campaign video:

His campaign trail only appeared to consist of visiting a few nightclubs (classy) and promised to quit the sex, drugs and alcohol to become president. As for what he was going to do if he became president? I honestly have no idea. He spouted to London Real:
Archive
“I gotta make this multi-billion-dollar business, focus on helping other people out, more philanthropy stuff. Then, I think I’ve got a good chance.”

“I should have billions of dollars by that point, then basically just give the money back. I’d keep $500 million or something and then cap the amount that I could spend. Basically, I would be uncorruptible. That would be the premise of my running.”

“Just because it would be the last kind of box that I’d wanna check,” Dan said on his motivation to be POTUS. “I feel like I could do it. I feel like I did it for pure reasons. Like I really want to do the right thing, which I feel like is not usually the reason why most people get into politics.”

I don’t know if I would enjoy it,” Bilzerian said of taking the office in the White House. “But I think I’d be one of the few people who could handle the responsibility and the power, and not get f*cked up with it. It seems like the last bucket list item.”

“I think I’d do another four to eight years of this,” Bilzerian said of his Instagram and cannabis business.

So who really knows what he was going to do if he made it into office since he eventually gave up and endorsed Donald Trump!

But don't cut him short just yet- he said something about running for the 2024 presidency after being asked about Kanye West running in 2024!

Las Vegas Shooting

During the 2017 Las Vegas shooting our Danny B decided to try and be a hero... or a coward, you can decide for yourself in the video below:

In the video you can see him running away with all the other civilians in the area. Eventually taking refuge behind a police vehicle with a plethora of other civilians. He checks on what appears to be a shot victim before running behind another cop car and eventually runs the other direction of the gun shots, but then turns around heading towards the gun fire again.

Eventually he gets caught up behind a concrete barrier and stops a police officer armed with a rifle claiming to be a a sworn commissioned reserve police officer and asks the officer for his gun! Eventually the officer demands him to shut the fuck up and doesn't care who he is and to keep moving.

Sued by the executive vice president of Ignite (his own company)

The former vice president of Ignite, Curtis Heffernan, sued Dan Bilzerian for Whistleblower Retaliation, Defimation, and wrongful termination.

Curtis was the man who blew the whistle on Ignites spending habits, noticing a plethora of purchases were looking do be done for personal means. Well, actually the lawsuit says that Dan accused him of doing drugs and then fired him. The lawsuit claims he spent around $800k for these parties, and models- almost everything that you may see up front! The house he loved so much had a $200k lease a month, so he didn't even own the place and no longer lives there. Some of these other expenses were:
  • $75,000 paintball field
  • $40k for a rock climbing wall
  • $60k on a 'Star Wars' gun set
  • $31k on pool renovation
  • $50k on a bed frame
  • $15k on a ping pong table
  • $88k on a vault.
This waste of company money to surround himself with the look of being famous comes during a time when Ignite even reports a loss of $50m in 2019. Things get even more suspicous since it's even been reported by an anonymou source that his father has been helping with ignite, despite not being allowed to from his past crime.

I highly suggest checking out the things he spent for pleasure in his lawsuit- search up some keywords and you can probably find something! The court files can be found here!

Good start. I wonder tho if there is anything else on his 2016 "run" other than his very epic campaign video.
I wonder that too, honestly. I need to read more into it. I think he said something about making poker more "legal"? Like real money I think?
Will edit OP when I know more, of course!

Edit- Updated. I couldn't find crap.

Not sure if this is the entire podcast, seems a bit too short. But there's this on Dailymotion
I'll look through this later to see if it has any of the clips I need! Thank you so much! ?

I did find a transcript of the podcast (hyperlinked it above in "joe rogan") so I can confirm it's 2 hours short.

I think there's some audio only full versions floating around. I'll take a better look later if needed :)

The one part that caught my attention was him asking for another police officers gun during the shooting. What would he have even done with it had he taken it? Why, with his supposed training and certification, would he think that would ever be a good idea?
I'm curious now if he's actually a reserve police officer because if not then he's gonna be in for hell if he's been impersonating and someone spreads it.

Bumping this, since I've completed it as much as I can!
I may go back and flesh out some of those life events, but no promises

Edit:
I finally got a chance to catch up on more recent events involving him. Apparently his company made a profitable 4th quarter of 2020, and even expanded into Asia. turns out not spending so much to indulge his own lifestyle as "marketing" paid off.

Of course he had to flex on others about how he proved journos and the endless YouTuber's wrong about this in a tweet:

And said he hasn't been active on Instagram because he's been working on his book (allegedly)
