I think this is an edited version of the video that got struck. Did find out an interesting fact: Simon Cowell put up 50k for Jonathan King, who is a bit of a lolcow himself, for King's bail, when he was arrested for historical noncing.

Brian plays a lot of clips of him shouting at the police, and Prince Harry, and Teresa May (UK exPM), even tho it's meant to be an interview with RW. Easily 75% (min) is Brian talking. Because he's a lolcow, he's got NPD.

Former BBC radio presenter Alex Belfield has been jailed for five and a half years.

He was cleared of stalking charges in relation to former BBC Radio Leeds presenters Liz Green and Stephanie Hirst, plus Helen Thomas and the BBC’s former head of North Rozina Breen.

Belfield was originally charged with stalking eight different people, who were mostly current or former BBC staff.

He was found guilty of offences in relation to two of the complainants – BBC Radio Northampton presenter Bernie Keith, and videographer Ben Hewis, who has tweeted his victim statement (copied below).

For each of these charges, he was sentenced to two and a half years in prison, to run consecutively.

In relation to Jeremy Vine and theatre blogger Philip Dehany, he was found guilty of two lesser offences of “simple” stalking, which does not require serious alarm or distress to be proved.

For each of these offences, he was sentenced to 13 weeks, also to run consecutively.

The judge said Belfield had made “wholly false” allegations about Mr Vine stealing £1,000, had published his home address, and left Mr Vine so worried he had “asked his family to watch out for you”.

The verdicts in relation to each complainant were:

1. Rozina Breen – not guilty
2. Liz Green – not guilty
3. Helen Thomas – not guilty
4. Stephanie Hirst – not guilty
5. Bernard Spedding – guilty (majority verdict)
6. Ben Hewis – guilty (unanimous verdict)
7. Philip Dehany – not guilty to the charge on the indictment but guilty of the alternative charge of “simple” stalking (majority verdict)
8. Jeremy Vine – not guilty to the charge on the indictment but guilty of the alternative charge of “simple” stalking (unanimous verdict)

The judge told Belfield he will serve half of his sentence in prison and the remainder on licence.

In addition, the judge made restraining orders for life for all eight victims.

Brian does an advert for Disrepair solicitors, that I think Brian is using to sue his local housing association, for the shit state of his house. I'm not sure how this is going to work out. The company is based in the Norf. Near Liverpool. Scousers are the nations go to for jokes about dishonesty and thievery. I think at one time it was the No1 city for RTAI claims.

Someone has done a docu about Brian. It's very good, in an hour, you'll pretty much know all you need to know (backstory wise). Found out a couple of things, which relate to the condition of his (Nans) house. But again, Brian, you got fucked up in August, PB was convicted AND BANGED UP BY APRIL, and was never released after that point.

Another stream with Harsh, about the Liam Payne death. Haven't watched it, but as Brian needs enablers to really reach top cow, and Harsh is an enabler of "Balls on Chin" proportions, this might be interesting. Nearly all of this, is trying to find the most salacious theory and repeating the scant evidence of this.

In Liam's case, Brian has started off with "Simon Cowell did it, on the balcony, with the Freemason Jet Ski" (I'm being silly for comic effect, Brian), but here are some key facts, yet to be considered by the lads:

Liam had just been slapped with a restraining order from an ex, seems he was socking up and contacting her (a lot a lot) as well as her family. He'd been going a lot of coke, and an ex minder tells a story of Liam doing a bunk from his room, by doing a Raffles out the window and down the side of the building (or something like that.)

This is going to pretty much fuck any "EEEeeeewwwlllluuuummmmiiinnnnuuuuuuuttttyyyyyy" theory. At best, his mate/handler who did fuck off about 40mins before Liam died, but that or "Hotel had a duty of care" isn't what Brian wants to get into.
