I actually read this thing Josh is crying about and it is essentially an analysis of Josh's own actions to stay resilient. There are even some good things in here that Josh missed or didn't read because he uses AI to summarize things for him because it is the Holiday and he has no time for anything besides seething at Indians. He claims to want more transparency... right?

CDNs sit uncomfortably within existing legal categories. CDNs often stress that they do not control the content they help deliver.

When Cloudflare dropped Kiwifarms, pressure shifted downwards to transit and Tier-1 providers that had previously operated quietly in the background, and while some of those providers appear to have blocked routes associated with Kiwifarms, others did not. Some of the providers who acted also eventually reversed their decisions: Null explicitly asked Kiwifarms users who were customers to complain, underscoring that informal pressure campaigns can go both ways.

If these actors are going to be drawn into content moderation, policy frameworks need to recognise that explicitly. That could include transparency about when and why traffic to particular networks is blocked, basic due process standards when connectivity is restricted, and clarity about the legal obligations of backbone (‘mere conduit’) providers. Without such measures, there is a risk of pushing governance into opaque infrastructural domains or of making governance decisions based on who shouts the loudest, raising concerns about accountability and procedural fairness.

Recognising CDNs and large DDoS-mitigation providers as critical infrastructure, with associated resilience and transparency obligations, would be one way to align regulation with their real role. It would also make it easier to consider how to address the small number of sites that deliberately opt out and attempt to harden themselves.

The Celts, Ancient and Classical Greece, the Norse, and the Slavs have entered the chat.

This may sound like news to Jersh but before Christianity spread throughout Europe (and Christianity is a religion that branched off from Judaism from what is now present day Israel and the first Christians from the time of Jesus were not white btw), the Europeans were doing Aztec-styled shit long before the Christianizaiton of Europe and in a lot of ways the beliefs of the European pagans heavily mirrored the beliefs of the Aztecs despite white Europeans and the indigenous native americans being on separate continents.

Even Greek mythology reflected this. One of the most well known gay stories in Greek mythology was Zeus wanting to take a break from mortal women and one day he discovered a young femboy from Troy named Ganymede; so Zeus kidnapped Ganymede and turned him into an immortal cupbearer so he can serve the gods of Olympus (while also having Ganymede suck Zeus' godly dick) because Zeus thought it would be a huge waste to let Ganymede age as a mortal and lose his beauty.

How about human sacrifices? Well guess what, this was also present in pre-Christian Europe too. The Celts (the proto-Irish and the proto-Scottish) practiced human sacrifice by burning their victims in a giant wicker man; if you've ever seen the horror movie 'The Wicker Man' (either the 1973 film or the newer one starring Nicholas Cage) the Celts would sacrifice human victims to their gods in response to things like crop failure and disease because they believed their gods would get angry if these divine beings didn't got a taste of human blood (a similar belief system that heavily mirrors as to why the Aztecs sacrificed people to their gods in the first place) and these accounts were recorded by Julius Caesar himself during his military campaigns in what is now present day Western Europe where he would see this first hand during his conquests to expand Roman territory.

It wasn't just the Celts, human sacrifice was also practiced by the Slavs and by the Norse too and this includes human child sacrifice. Early Christian missionaries that would travel to the Norse lands would record accounts that depicted the Vikings pillaging Christian settlements where sometimes they would take captives from these pillaged settlements and sacrifice them to their gods (this includes Christian children that were sacrificed by the Norse and offered their dead bodies to their gods). The Slavs did the same thing were they would sacrifice captives from these Christian settlements from a battle and offer their dead bodies to their gods as well. Recent archaeological discoveries that were found near ancient Norse and Slavic settlements show that human sacrifice was very widespread throughout much of present day Eastern Europe showing that the early Christian missionaries of the time were telling the truth about what they saw.

The reason why the Aztecs are associated with human sacrifice is because they're the most well documented of this practice as the Spanish went into a lot of detail about Aztec customs and culture but human sacrifice isn't exclusive to the Aztecs. The "Sorry But The Human Sacrifices Will Stop" meme didn't just applied to the indigenous populations in the Americas, this also applied to White Europeans too when the Christian missionaries that were evangelizing Europe also told the white European pagans "Sorry But Human Sacrifices Will Stop". This may sound like a bitter pill for swallow for Jersh but Whitey was doing Aztec-styled shit long before the Aztecs were discovered and it took Christianity to nerf both Whitey and the American indigenous groups in the first place.

The proto Irish and Scots were not known to the Romans. Nor were they colonized by the Romans. Roman writers specifically wrote about the Gauls (an extinct Continental Celtic people) and Britons.

Just so you know, there isn't a single piece of definitive archeological evidence for that claim that has ever been found. Makes for a good story but that's all from what we know so far.

I'm sure those accounts weren't biased at all. You also leave out that human sacrifice was highly taboo and condemned in Greek and Roman culture. It has nothing to do with the spread the Christianity that people abhor human sacrifice nowadays, in most cultures worldwide.
